I went at 11am on July 9th 2024 to get my 2024 Acura tlx a spec tinted the owner told me to vacuum my car and come back 12pm -12:30pm so I went back at 12:05pm to drop the car off he said it will be finished in 2 - 3 hours so I said ok & I came back at at 3:45pm he told me it will be another 2-3 hours and the guys are almost finished & the ceramic is a pain which his business closes at 6pm I told him I already drove from Cleveland Tennessee which is 30 min each way and mind you drove 2 time so 2 hours back in fourth. So I was kinda upset but left. Came back at 5:45 called multiple time no response waited there till 6:10pm drove all around the world finally found someone with his personal cell so I called it. He was saying I was lying and the car has been there so we are going back and fourth he was very unprofessional finally got the car at 6:30 they guys told me they started it at 3:30pm so the owner lied so I called the owner again and requested a refund since he wasted my time especially I’m paying 890 for a premium service and it wasn’t done with the time as promised. He refused, then called me and told me to bring the car back so he can take the tints off and then he will give me a refund. And I said no you wasted my whole day with a bad service & you being unprofessional. And I don’t wanna wait another 6 hours. Please get involved because he also went joy riding in my car. He said his other shop is 2 mins away left the car with 290 miles to empty got it back with 250 miles to empty as well he’s known to drive peoples cars and apparently he’s know for the shady work he does as well shady and unprofessional business he runs I want a refund 890Business Response

Good morning,
We understand your frustration, but we provided you with an excellent window tint job. Yes we were 8 mins late delivering the car to you but that’s not a reason for you to come in the store and cuss everyone out and threaten the employees. Your car had windows that were so dirty that it took us time to clean properly. No one took a joy ride in your car, no one lied to you, and no one disrespected you. Also we sometimes turn the car on while it’s being worked on to ensure the correct temperature for the tint to stick and cure, but if you check your miles, I can assure you that you’re wrong. Again we are sorry for your experience but we did the absolute best possible job for someone who came in without an appointment and an attitude. Hope you have a blessed day.Customer Answer

****** ******beacuse he is a liar and everyone in Dalton knows it, that is a lie my car was cleaned the windows were cleaned his own employees stated that they started it at 3:30pm. I brought the car in @12am you told me it will be complete in 2 three hours the most. You most definitely did joy ride in my car. Because you stated i definitely wanna an Acura now and again I left might car 290 till empty then got it back with 250 miles to empty. As well as the service you promised. You were very unprofessional saying I was lying even tho. You even lied to the finance company stating that you finished in three hours no you have not it was a total of 6 hours my car is brand new. You are shady if you have so much money why can’t you simply accept you are in the wrong and very unprofessional and just issue a refund ? Again you talk very unprofessional and treated me terrible again don’t sit here and lie because again I can get the time when the lease was created. It’s not fair you had me driving back and fourth three times. And no the tints didn’t come out good as well. I’m going to another shop to get them removed and get them re done. Just issue me the refund and stop with the lying it doesn’t look good for your business

Hello, I bought some 22in rims from the business back at the end of August. When I bought the rims rhe business ordered the tires and lug nuts for the wheels also. The business installed the rims a few days later and I drove on them until December of 2022. I was planning on getting rid of the truck So I was going to put the stocks back on. The tire shop I took them too removed one center cap off a rim and attempted to remove the rim. As I stand her watching them try ro remove the wheel it's no luck. The tire shop (Reece Tires) told me that the lug nuts were broke inside the wheel and that they couldn't remove it. I was told to take them back to the shop I bought them from and see about the issue. I get to the shop for them to look at the next day when the owner(Omar) was there. They try to remove the wheels for almost 1hour and to no luck. All 4 wheels have broken lug nuts and can't be removed. I ask the owner to fix the issues, but he refused and told me it's my issue and not his shop fault. The owner became argumentative and started lashing out and we get into a heated discussion. Finally after arguing for about a half hour the owner gives in and agrees to cover the expenses. I take it to the shop we agreed to get fixed, but the shop refused and told me dude to past negligence from the same shop owner they did not want to get involved. They did take a look at my vehicle( 2017 Ford F-150) and told me that the lug nuts installed on the vehicle were not the right ones for my vehicle. They also said it would take a lot of labor hours to get it off and someone skilled enough to remove the rims without damage. So not having a lot of options I took my truck to Ford of Dalton. It took a lot of labor hours and a week in the shop with a balance of $1200. I visited the shop owner Omar and told him about the balance and was told it's not his issue and he wouldn't pay. Now I'm left with this balance and no vehicle due to the business negligence and mistake.Business Response

Everything was installed properly. Maybe 6-8 months later he said he needed wheels taken off truck. Our master tech started taking the rims off and realized the lug nuts were stripped. Every single one was stripped. The customer took his vehicle to another shop and they put them on they cross threaded the lug nut on the stud bolt. It wears out the lug nut to where it doesn't tighten. We asked the customer what happened. He explained to the master tech he took it to get serviced and after that, before he came to our store, he had another automotive shop try to take off the wheels and tires and he claims they could not put them back on so they forced the lug nuts back onto the stud bolts so he could drive off. That is where the lug nuts were ruined because they were put on incorrectly. We explained the situation and he said it happened with us when he first got them, he said we did it incorrectly. In this situation, this was not done at our store incorrectly. It was done correctly. The tools we use guarantee that it does not strip the lug nuts. It's 1 out of 640 keys and it cannot be put on without the correct key. Once the correct key is used it is guaranteed that it's going to go on correctly without stripping it. We tried explaining this to him. We could not get him to understand that this was done at a previous store. That automatically voids our warranty if someone works on it after us. We told him he was responsible for getting the lug nuts off and we would give him brand new lug nuts for free. We did give him that.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: I did not come to the business 6 months after purchase. I came on August 29th, 2022 and purchased the wheels. This is a bank statement from my institution that shows exactly what day I purchased the wheels and the initial financing fee from American First Finance who financed the wheels. I came to the shop a few days later for the installment once parts were installed. After a little over 90 days after buying these wheels from the business and was planning to get the rims removed the problem was discovered. All of this started from the initial lug nuts installed on the vehicle and I have written statements from the Ford Dealership that fixed my vehicle as to what caused the issue. After a month of not having my vehicle, and no cooperation with the business for the repairs. I had to pay the repair cost out of pocket. To get reimbursed for the business failure and come to a resolve I plan on taking the business to court.
