    They damaged the ceiling upholstery and the tint was not done right took it in for window tint. They stain the upholstery from side to side of car. Tint has air bubbles and scratches.

    Good evening this is a reply regarding a complaint against my business the person complaining brought to our shop a 2005 crown ******** previously Tinted the vehicle showed visible signs of wear and tare inside and outside the customer brought the vehicle in for tint with the rear seats and rear speaker panels already removed, from someone doing some type of work previously the vehicle is already 24 yrs old and is it obvious that the car was not going to be in like new condition…the customer wife went and pick up the vehicle that evening she admitted that her husband was actually working on installing speakers and a sound system thats why the rear seats and panels where removed, she also mention that her husband had recently purchased that vehicle not long ago if the customer is not satisfied with our work he should of contacted us. Before contacting the  BBB we never received any calls Today from the customer we also explained his wife the necessary precautions that needed  to be taken after installation we cannot assume responsibility on the ceiling stains since the vehicle was already previously tinted by someone else, if the customer is not satisfied with our work he can come to our shop to get a refund and for us to remove the film we do have surveillance video on the conversations we had with his wife when she came and pick up the vehicle, but they’re in Spanish we worked very hard on that vehicle and even spent an excessive amount of time trying to get it right so that is why I am shocked they decided to take this route instead of contacting our shop first… I am an 18 year experience window tint installer with great reviews on ****** and our POS system…
