    On August 17, 2024, I placed an order with World Flag Pins (Order #****) for flag pins, totaling $84.81. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received the package, nor have I been offered a replacement or refund.The tracking information, initially associated with GPSISP0000220368US and later updated to UN005378647US, indicates that the package left the ************* and stopped updating in ******, ******, on September 3, 2024. After contacting the shipping company, I was advised to request the shipper to resend the package, as more than 30 days had passed without delivery confirmation.Since then, I have contacted World Flag Pins numerous times via email and phone. While I have received minimal communication from them, they have not provided a solution to my issue. I have provided all requested details, including tracking numbers and carrier responses, but there has been no action to reship the product or issue a refund.This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I trusted this business to deliver the product or at least provide assistance in resolving the issue, but I feel ignored and left without options.Resolution Sought:I would like a full refund of $84.81 or the immediate reshipment of my order. I also request a formal apology and a review of their customer service practices to prevent similar issues for future customers.

    We have met all requirements for this order.  The order was placed on 8/17/2024 and was shipped on 8/19/2024.  The customer selected the shipping method of *********** for this international shipment.  The order has been overseas since 3 September 2024 and is now with the home country to deliver.  Overseas shipping is expensive and most times the orders do arrive late.  This is due to tracking within overseas countries being limited and the timeliness of countries to deliver being slow.  We ship daily to overseas locations and only once in 20 years has a package not made it.  We always ask international customers to be patient, it can take up to 6 months for international orders to deliver.  If at the 6th month **** this order has not made it to the customer or been returned to **, we will gladly refund the order.

    Rejecting the response.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,
    Thank you for providing the response from World Flag Pins regarding my complaint. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with their explanation or resolution.
    While I understand that international shipping can take longer than domestic shipping, I was never informed that the delivery could take up to six months. In fact, the shipping company they used (**********) explicitly stated that if the package had not been received within ************************************* reshipment. At no point did ********** mention a six-month timeframe, and this information was never communicated to me by World Flag Pins.
    Additionally, I find their lack of communication disappointing. Instead of responding to my inquiries directly and providing this information earlier, they ignored my emails and messages, forcing me to escalate the issue through your platform. Their approach has caused unnecessary frustration and effort on my part.
    The solution they proposewaiting six monthsis neither acceptable nor reasonable given their lack of transparency about shipping times and the poor customer service experience I have endured. I would prefer one of the following resolutions:
      - A full refund of $84.81.
      - Immediate reshipment of the order using a trackable and reliable shipping method.
    I hope BBB will continue assisting me in reaching a fair resolution with World Flag Pins.
