    On Saturday, April 27, 2024, I ****ed the insulation on the power wire in my house. I called Mr. ********************** Electricians and they agreed to come out an provide an estimate. I showed their technician the damage and he provided a quote. I paid a deposit and the repair was scheduled. Because of the amount of the quote I called my homeowners insurance and started a claim. One of their experts called me back and after describing the situation to them they said something didn't sound right and said they would have to send out an adjuster before continuing.I called Mr. ********************** Electrician the following day (Sunday) and explained the situation.Monday, I spoke to a *************** Electrical Inspector and he agreed the repair seemed excessive, he referred me to 2 other electricians and they both came out with similar repairs at a much lower cost, ~$500-800.I called Mr. ********************** to cancel their repair and get a refund. At that time they insisted there would be an ***************** Call with Diagnosis charge and a Credit card processing fee. There was nothing to diagnose, I showed their technician where the **** in the insulation was and provided the step ladder. On all of the receipts and their own terms and conditions there was never any mention of the ***************** Call with Diagnosis nor the Credit card processing fee. If they wanted to charge a diagnosis fee and then credit it with the repair it should have been explained and documented on the receipts. Nothing I signed ever agreed to these charges. They created a receipt after the fact on Monday the 29th.Further, I believe that Mr. ********************** Electricians unethically used scare tactics and grossly overestimated the repair costs.

    I called at 4:20PM, not at night. Your advertisement says you are open 24hours, so it could not be "after-hours"

    As a 24-hour service provider, we are available around the clock to assist our customers, including evenings and weekends. The service we provided on Saturday evening was after regular business hours, which aligns with the after hours service charge. 


    We acknowledge that you may be disappointed with the outcome of the dispute. However, please note that the charge was reviewed thoroughly by your credit card company, and they confirmed that it was valid.


    Our goal is to offer exceptional service, and we regret if this experience did not meet your expectations.
