    I have tried for two years to have our names removed from this companies mailing list. I have been told each time I have called (4-5 times) that they have removed ourinformation. Yet, I still receive at least 2 unsolicited mailings a year. I just spoke (3/13/23) to a "******" ************, and asked to be removed and to give me any other number I can call to have this done. She doesn't have another number, so I looked up the Yochum Group online, as I did last year too, and called ************, and left my second voice mail message to ***** Yochum, just as I did last year. I never received a call back from him last year and I don't expect to receive a call back this time either. We have a financial planner and do not need another group.

    I have removed her from the mailing list.

    ***** said she would contact the BBB and rescind her complaint.

    As stated in Mr. **********************'s message, I do agree that we are both happy to put this issue to rest after speaking. 

    I found Mr. ********************** to be very friendly and understanding about my complaint and believe he will take care of removing my address from future mailings.

    Also, I do not want this case to place a blemish on his flawless standing with the BBB. Is there any way you can remove, or hide, this complaint from public viewing? 

    It was not my intention to have his business viewed unfavorably and would appreciate if this can be done. Please contact me if there is something else I can do that will assist with this request.

    As stated on my second correspondence dated May 1st, I am completely satisfied with Mr. Yochum's response to my complaint.

    I am still waiting on an answer from BBB regarding the removal of my complaint from Mr. Yochum's business. I do not want his business to have a negative rating because of excessive mailings. I don't think this warrants having a blemish on his company's rating.
