    I paid $420 to Redemption Custom Paint and Body for a car repair on 06/07/2024, it was to paint a door that was scratched. I did not end up taking the car for the repair because they said it would take 4 days to complete and I could not stop using the car for 4 days. I called to ask for a refund since the service was never provided, I spoke to ****, who told me that he had used the money and couldnt give it back to me until next week.I texted him again, to ask for my refund. He said that he could only give me $140 back since the rest he had spent buying paint for the car and clear coat; however, I had never told him the model and year of the car for him to buy the paint.I asked him for proof of the purchase and he proceeded to say i dont have time to go back through my paperwork right now.I demand that they give me my money back in full from a service that was never provided.

    10/20/2023 $5960 He was paid $3960 to repair my truck after my wife was side swiped. I paid an additional $2000 for him to paint the remaining panels that were not damaged in the accident. The repairs were not adequately done, he did not paint the rear bumper, there is overspray on my inner fender well, he buffed through the clear coat and paint. The body lines are off were he had to repair and there are runs in the clear coat. Furthermore he was paid to return my tuck in the same mechanical condition it was in before the accident and that was not the case. It is currently in the shop getting an alignment having all front end components checked. The front wheel was hit and after the accident it pulled hard to the right. When I picked it up it still pulled hard to the right and he stated that was not his problem. I simply want this made right.
