    I was sold too much product. I felt pressured to buy DIY remediation kit. I had high levels of 2 dangerous and potentially deadly mold. After treating my unit, I performed another test using another company. The analysis from the lab verified that the Biocide kit killed the spores. My problem was a result of flooding from ******. I also received a defective dehumidifier and a call to ******* remedied that issue immediately. I returned the unit and received a replacement at no further cost to me. I am satisfied that Biocide is an excellent remediation system for mold infestation and everyone has been most helpful.
