    The business has billed themselves as Tesla experts but is clearly trying to take advantage of Tesla owners that are not car savvy. Not only are they charging far more hourly than any competitor and ************* centers themselves, theyre also dramatically inflating the time estimates for each job by as much as 10x the norm to inflate their prices further. As someone whos done work on my car, the hourly estimates are many multiples what any other shop would quote as well as many multiples the amount of time it would take me alone to do the work without their shop full of techs and equipment. Theyre intentionally defrauding customers. When confronted with this, they refused to give a real quote. I did not end up going through with any transaction with them because of this behavior, but I want to prevent them from defrauding other potential customers going forward, and they should stop branding themselves as Tesla experts, as they are clearly only doing so to take advantage of a buyer that they feel is less likely to be car savvy.
