    Today I went in for donation and was given the wrong payment information. I was in there for 2 hours and was told Im a new donor. After donation they paid me regular fees this is unprofessional and I dont recommend this place

    I went to Octapharma to donate, took my vitals went to the donor bay waiting to be called and asked to use the restroom before being connected. I was told by the nurse I could. When I returned from the restroom (which was outside the entrance of the establishment smelling profusely) I sanitize my hands en-route to the back and was met by the Manager ***************************, who was vividly upset, and she said,"You almost got cancelled." And I explained that I had asked to use the restroom before leaving, and she stated policy doesn't allow us to go outside after taking vitals,in which, I replied, If the bathroom's were available I wouldn't have had to go outside... *************** immediately responded by cancelling the donation. At no point in time did I Disrespect ***************,only to return to the Plasma center to find out,She submitted a complaint against me prior to me filing one, an attempt to discredit my character. I was inconvenienced because of HER attitude and She flagged my account from me donating mandating I speak with another manager at the same location.

    The worker said that the comapny policy is to allow a donor 5 minutes to allow their pulse to calm down to qualify to donate, but 5 ive never known 5 minutes to be l9ng enough for a persona pulse to decrease. & The same type of incident has happened at a different donation center & i was given at least 15 minutes for my pulse to calm down to try & qualify for donation. Either the worker is lying, or the comoany policy needs to be improved. I was not alloqed to donate & this caused complicaitons & change of plans for me.
