      Date of transaction: Sept 7 2022 Order total $74.99 The business was supposed to provide me with a 2hour long training video.I purchased the training video on afterpay and only recieved a 15minute video of zero training, tried to dispute the purchase on afterpay but it was closed out in favor of the business.I have emailed and direct messaged the business numerous times about the training video, the business has been ignoring all of my messages and only advised me to try a different device. I have tried multiple devices, desktop, laptop, cell phone and I am only able to see the 15minute video of no training. After coming to this site to make this claim I am now seeing that this business has done this to others as well and is in fact a SCAM! I would simply like my refund.order# ************

      Customer has filed two complaints with payment company which we have responded to. We have in fact sent instructions on how to view full 2 hour video individually and as an extra step also made a video to show how to view full training. 

      the same instructions sent to each customer who purchases video was also sent to this customer There is absolutely no reason a person can not view full two hour training. 

      Downloadable app (3rd party) who sends the direct link and instructions  to customers after an order is placed also shows merchant on back end each time link is viewed and downloaded to a device. Everything customer purchased was delivered we have not scammed

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I am not paying for something I did not receive. I did not receive a video showing how to access full training. I only received the link were I downloaded to Dropbox and it still shows 15min video. It is a scam to take money from a person who has not received the service.

      Provided is screenshot of communication between Candy brow bad and third party payment provider Afterpay for second dispute of same transaction. As you can see here where video is attached which they stated was sent to customer. No scams we are keeping open line of communication as well. Service was provided via digital download along with extra instructions for this client
