This place is the absolute WORST she was very nice until she gets your money. I did a prom consultation back in January 2024 for my daughters prom dress a custom $2250 dress but I paid $2300. She assured me she would keep me in the loop about my daughter dress. And here it is April 6, 2024 and she has never reached out to me after several calls and texts she sends me a picture of some cheap fabric which was totally not what we wanted. Prom is May 10th and yesterday I was fed up and demanded all my money back . Then whoever ***** is when she finally answers the phone she wants to give you the run around in a fake professional voice with a lot of seamstress words. She said my dress would be ready March 28th 2024 so she breached her own contract and ruined my daughters prom. April 4th she said ******* was sending me pictures of the dress sometime that day and per usual that was a lie. The times that I did talk to her all she did was lie anytime I asked for updates to the dress shed say it wasnt pic ready I said its two days from the date its supposed to be ready and its not pic ready? Now Im a month away from prom no dress and we may have to cancel because of her very poor communication skills absolutely no professionalism. We are so hurt my daughter has been crying all day she robbed my daughter and I of a beautiful prom dress and prom experience. Because of her I will never trust this process again. I honestly should *** her for emotional damages and pain and suffering. After I called and sent texts demanding my money NOW or legal action would be taken she called I told her I want my money Zelled back while were otp she sent it and had the nerve to tell me she could still do my dress and can I not blast her on social media smh Im going to tell the world how horrible her business is. Plus her work is very basic if you look at it all she does is slap some rhinestones on a mesh fabric and maybe some feather its way better designers than her. PLEASE CANCEL HER
