    I don't recommend working for this company nor using the business for your service or parts needs. Very horrible conditions to work in. The Manager is the owners son. There is a click within the company and if the employees don't like you, especially the two golden boys, they will get rid of you. They would whine and cry to the manager to get their way. The tenure for new employees is about two years or less. There is no training for the employees in the company It's based on personal knowledge You get what you get. You call to order parts and the parts employee is out on vacation, nobody their knows how to order, you have to wait till he returns to get what you needed ordered. No insurance for the employees. What is HIP Nation? Just a type of insurance for preventive health. Only one doctor who takes this type of insurance. No dental or vision offered. This is a chicken Sh$$t business. They are not BBB accredited either. The building conditions are bad. Leaky and moldy ceilings. No safety in the shop area. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!!
