    I received a letter mail last year asking me to participate in an survery and will be rewarded an Amazon gift card in return. I completed the survery but didn't receive a gift card. I called them in March of this year and the lady said their manager will call me back the next day. No one called. I called again in July and was told the same thing and the manager can't speak with me right then so I will have to wait for the manager to call back the next day. Still, no one called me. I called again in the beginning of August and the man told me my insurance company is supposed to mail out gift cards so I need to call my insurance company. Why didn't your agent tell me this the first time I called then? Why wouldn't the manager talk to me when I called? Why wouldn't your manacall me back to explain this ? He then gave me a wrong number to call my insurance company so I got transfered several times but at the end, the insurance agent told me that they didn't contract with SPH Analytics to send out surveys. He told me they got several complaints about this already.

    SPH apologizes that you were not explained this in the beginning. Our managers are not always readily available. I can assure you that we would not utilize resources to send surveys without a contract. Unfortunately, we do not deliver the gift cards.

    I am rejecting this response because: Responding with "our managers are not always readily available..." is not an acceptable answer to why they never called me back the next day like they promised. It is so conveneint for them to simply say they don't give out gift cards when the letter only has SPH's phone number for questions related to the survey. Also, the insurance company said they didn't contract with them to send out surveys.

    About a month ago; I received an unsolicited survey in the mail. The survey was a customer satisfaction survey for my daughter's insurance company. It was sent to me by a third party, called "SPH Analytics". I did not want to participate, so I called my daughter's insurance company and asked to be opted out. I was placed on the "do not solicit" list. Apparently, this notification did not reach the company that was contracted to send out these surveys. I was sent another copy of the survey. I contacted SPH Analytics and was told that I HAD to do the survey and they would continue to call and send me reminder cards in the mail until I complied. I reluctantly agreed to do this survey, with the understanding that once I did, I would be placed on the "do not solicit" list for future surveys. The paper survey had an an option to do the survey online. I did this and received a message "thank you, your survey has been successfully sent". Yesterday, April 20th, 2023. I received a phone call from the company reminding me to do the survey. I told the representative that I had done the survey online. She said they did not have any record of it. I told her that this wasn't my problem. She said that because they don't have any record of the survey being sent in, I will continue to get reminder notifications in the mail and reminder phone calls. I said that I had completed the survey and the company should fix their systems, especially since they are in the business of doing data collection. She and I went round and round. I felt like I was talking to a debt collection agency. She reluctantly agreed to mark that I had completed the survey. I came home and found another reminder notification in my mailbox. This is harassment! I have the right to decline to participate in a survey, if I feel it is not needed! I am up to my eyeballs with stress and work! I don't need this unsolicited harassment! I will take future legal action if this harassment continues!

    SPH Analytics is a CMS (Centers for ******** and ******** Services) certified survey vendor.The surveys are administered to ensure insurance beneficiaries are receiving proper care and services. The insurance company sends SPH the list of beneficiaries they want surveyed. We've placed the individual on our internal do not contact list, however, we cannot guarantee the insurance company will not send her information to ** again. She needs to resolve this with her insurance company to be sure.

    I've been getting calls from this place. It shows up on my caller ID as Press Grany, but when the number is called it says it's SPH Analytics. When I answer and say hello twice it just hangs up. I called them back and talked to them on Friday Aug. 19, ****************************************** their survey asked them to remove my name and number and not call me again. The lady said she would. I got another call on Sunday Aug. 21, 2022. Same as before I answered said hello and it hung up. I called back and left a voice mail as the company was not open. Again asking them to stop calling me. I received another call yesterday, same as before. I called back asked another person to stop calling me. She took my info and said she would make a note in the file. This brings us to today. Another call same as the others and I called back to get a supervisor she said she was a team lead and I asked again for her to remove my name and phone number. She stated there was not any notes on the file. I also told her this was harassment at this point due to me asking not to be called multiple times.
