    Contacted this company through home warranty 5-2024, 1st tech came out stayed in my house talking for hours and left fixing nothing! Then he took $100 deductible, then $125 for coil cleaning which is NOT covered by home warranty company and told me to go back upstairs, so I wouldnt watch what he was doing! Air conditioner was not working when he left, anything I asked him he kept giving excuses! He promised he would return next day, but when I called him to honor his word and come back the next day, he called the office and said I was desperate for service and I never said that! The owner came out the next day Friday and said he put in a new motor for the fan, but it quit working 5/23/24. I called the office twice 3 hours before they closed 5/23/24 and no response! Told them I have a family member who has respiratory problems and still NO response! This weekend is Memorial Day and a family members birthday and now we will celebrate in the heat inside our home. I want a refund for the coil cleaning asap. I should have checked all customer reviews before this company came out they are HoRRIBLE!!! Now I have to pay out of pocket to get fixed with another company because home warranty says have to give them another chance, it will be 3 times, how many more chances do I have to give this company! No consideration for the customer who has no AIR! What kind of owner continues to let staff provide horrible service inside with customer service attitude and outside with the techs!! People like myself who had no glue about the kind of horrible service they have provided in the past to other customers, will continue to be taken advantage of from now on! Obviously the owner nor his staff have a conscious or they would believe Treat Others the Way You would like to be Treated!!

    Adanac Air Systems was sent by our home warranty company. I do not recommend them because they arrive late and always with an excuse, they leave early with out finishing. The receptionist is friendly but unprofessional and always with an excuse I stressed that my Dad is elderly and the heat unbearable and they did nothing but gave excuses and scheduled us when they were ready on both occasions. My Dad paid both fees totalling $208 and guess what? They didn't wire the compressor up right. When I called them back because the A/C still didn't work and ask that the Office manager or the Owner call us, no reply. I Contacted our home warranty company too let them know. Adanac had already forwarded the claim to another company. They just got free money out of my Dad.I do not not recommend Adanac Air Systems to anyone especially the elderly.What I do recommend is that they go back to school and learn how to repair and Install A/C's and to learn HVAC again, as well as *****************
