I had an eviction from my apartment and I was referred this company to assist me. Everything was really good at first with the booking, first issue was when one person showed up to do the loading of my property bc the other guy decided not to show, I felt no problem bc I needed help and I went and got the mover who did show something to eat and water. He loaded my things promised to get a second guy back and I left to get my new apart Signed for. When everything was situated bc it took longer than expected I even assisted the movers move some of my things in ( we created an assembly line and I was on the end in my apartment) At the end of everything the worker told me he tore my mattress cushions, he said it was a small tear and that bc it was his fault he didnt mind replacing it. I said ok. So I allowed him to text me. Days after the move the mover asks can he get to know me better and bc I didnt respond threw in he would like me to be his big sister, even though I felt that was odd I said ok. And a few days later he asks can he have oral *** with me. I was highly offended and told him no. And when I asked about my things he said his son was in the hospital and he didnt get it. I then decided to speak to the owner, at this point Im looking for really big totes containing the rest of my clothes, a brand new pair of high heeled booties a brand new purse and several laptops. Its completely gone. But I only brought to the manager my mattress pad and he said he will work with me to replace it after I explained everything that happened. Days later I still cannot find my tote. I bring this up to the owner, he tells me he knows for a fact they didnt take anything when I asked to see if they misplaced it. The worker then reaches out to me which made me extremely uncomfortable and tells me he can bring footage of my move for the cost of gas, then I noticed Im missing more things from my kitchen. The owner has done nothing to assist with my losses, or sexual harassmen

This customer had an eviction that was done this day.We did not perform the eviction. We never sat any of her things outside. She call us and book a city move option thats designed for warehouses or small projects thats 3 hours or less. That option does not guarantee truck size. This day we had no truck and since it was so last minute we wouldnt have one.I inform the customer we have contractors and I *** can get one to commit to her job.The option still wont guarantee a truck size and she say that was okay.

The contractor arrive about 1.5-2 hours later. The customer As far as my knowledge was not onsite when he arrive. She sent a photo of her things outside. The contractor showed up alone and started loading the items. Before he was done I had another guy a day labor show up to assist. At that time they proceeded to delivery address which was a few miles down the street from what I understand. The customer wasnt even onsite l.They waited about 2/3 hours for her to show up.She advise myself and the guys that she was riding around trying to get a money order for the apartment she were suppose to be moving into.Normally after 30 minutes the items goes into storage. But they waited since she were already battling a hardship.when she finally arrive they offloaded and return back to the property to load the remaining items.

The customer claims her teen daughter waited the entire time the eviction was process till they return to load the remaining items about 7 hours outside and ***be 2 hours prior while the company who perform the set-out,or in the neighbors apartment.

The guys work another 2 hours offloading the items.Since it wasnt a move it was no real protection for a glass table top she had.The guys advise the customer that she needed something to secure that with. She had a mattress topper she claim cost about $130 that they could use to wrap the glass in and she was okay with it.

A few days later she text me about the mattress topper being damage and claims she waited a while because the contractor agrees to help her pay for it.He never did and explain he didnt feel it would be right because she knew that was all they had to secure it.Since it wasnt a move he didnt have pads & the issue was understood on our end. I offered her assistance in a compensation since she had a hardship. The next day which was a Monday she started saying things were missing but she wasnt blaming anyone.Than every other day she said something was missing and that she just notice things missing after she got back in town. The contractor work with us 5 years we never had a complaint about any theft and we are sure not anyone on our end took anything. in addition too there being an eviction throw out, neighbors and other by standards we can not assume the liability of these items.

The work was done she knows it was done and a hardship is not our responsibility. As far as the sexual harassment the contractor and the client exchanged numbers met up outside of business hours. Contractor explains they were having conversation and other things since the move. The main reason all of this is going on has to issue with him not talking to her. This has become a personal issue between the two.

I have several of messages from her stating to come after me for money and shes gonna show me an example her and even her mom call me after the police through out the case as there was no wrong doing on our behalf.
