    I ordered 2 bottles of Proof syrup on Nov 24, 2024. My credit card was charged for the products. I did not receive the product and sent an email to the company on Dec 4th and was told they would contact the warehouse to resolve the issue. I followed up on Dec 7th and received another email from the company saying it would be two weeks before shipping. I followed up again. They sent another email saying they were having warehouse problems. Everyone is complaining about the same thing and everyone is getting the same exact emails from their support person ******. They are taking people's CC numbers, charging them and not sending out any products. I reached out to my ** (**********) company to get a credit but these people are scamming customers.

    I ordered 2 bottles of proof syrup on October 9, 2024. My credit card was charged for the product on October 9th. I did not receive the product and sent an email to the company on November 4th and was told they would contact the warehouse to resolve the issue. I also received an email from the company on November 7th saying they were experiencing a delay at the warehouse with no information on when my items would be shipped. The company provides no information on delays in shipping and at this point I do not know if they will ship my products.

    I ordered three bottles of syrup and my credit card was charged but I have never received the material that I ordered. I was told that it was a warehouse issue by Proof Syrup

    I placed an online order on 8/21/24. Their website clearly states "typically ships in 1-2 days". On September 5, 2024, I emailed their customer service asking where my order was. They wrote back on 9/6/24 that they are investigating with their warehouse to resolve the issue. Many back and forth emails continued with the same response. I requested to speak with someone on the phone, gave them my number, and no one has called me. They do not have a phone contact on their website. This order was needed by October 7, 2024 for my daughter's wedding. I requested a refund and they have not gotten back to me. I now need to scramble to find and pay for an alternative to this item. They have been unwilling to connect with me verbally to explain the outrageous delay. They had no problem taking my money without fulfilling the order.

    I placed an order on August 10th for $108.38 worth of products from this company (ORDER #******). After two weeks, I sent an email asking when my order would ship, and was told that they were experiencing issues with their suppliers. At six weeks, I emailed again, asking when my order would ship and was told "Oh, it will be there tomorrow!" with a tracking number. The package never arrived. It was delivered on the other side of the country. I have since sent 2 additional emails asking for an update on my order that have gone unanswered as well as any requests for a refund. Meanwhile, I have received at least a dozen promotional emails for sales on the same products that they are apparently MONTHS backordered or unavailable to ship.

    Order placed for products and products never received. Several attempts made to contact ******** went unanswered. ******** stated 3 weeks ago they were "trying to fulfil" my order. Refund was requested and merchant did not respond.

    I was a "member" of their subscription club having ordered once before and product was good. On July 14th, 2023 i received notice my subscription would process again in a couple of days. I logged into the website and actually added to my regular subscription and spending extra money. The order was taken (showing in stock) and my CC was billed that day.More than a week later, i emailed and asked if it had been shipped. No response. I emailed again on July 24th, 25th and 26th. On the 26th, i informed i was opening a dispue with my CC ****************** which I did. Only after that, i finally got an email which claimed another email must have gotten lost (no possible on te internet) and they explained they were out of stock on "some items but working round the clock to fulfill."I never heard another word after that and they did not respond to **************** either. Finally, i have my money back from **************** but nothing from these rude business owners.

    Ordered 4 bottles on July 10, 2023. Received confirmation of order and second email that order would be boxed soon and another email would follow. Credit card was charged on July 10, 2023. I have received no info and no product. I cannot reach them by email or phone. When I send emails I get a failure to send and we have not found a phone number.

    I ordered product (#****** - $78.89) on 12/27/2021 and have had no communication from Proof. It has been 2 weeks, they charged my account/credit card and they have not given me any status on my order. I have emailed them twice and received no response. There is no phone number listed to contact them.
