      Subject: Complaint Regarding Property Damage and ****************** To Whom It May Concern,On April 3, 2025, Perez ************** came to my property to remove a large tree branch and eliminate poison ivy from my backyard. During the course of the work, one of the workers drove heavy machinery through my yard and damaged my fencewithout notifying me of the incident. Additionally, the poison ivy removal service I paid for was not completed.On April 25, 2025, while inspecting my backyard, I discovered the damage to the fence. A professional assessment confirmed that the damage could only have been caused by heavy equipment, such as the one used by their crew. I attempted to contact the owner directly to resolve this issue, but my call was ignored. Eventually, I received a call from the owner's son, who offered $150 as a goodwill gesture. However, this amount does not fully cover the cost of repairs or the uncompleted work.I had to pay $350 out of pocket to repair the fence, and I am also requesting a refund of $50 for the unperformed poison ivy removal. The total amount I am seeking reimbursement for is $400.I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Sincerely,*** ***
