      I was having trouble, so I reached out to ******* to see if it was under warranty, or if I could send it to them for repair. They stated they do not do repairs and led me to ******* vacuum. I took my carpet steam cleaner to this business around December of 2022 in hopes of a repair. Instead I have received everything but that! I dropped it off about 4 months ago after me calling several times I finally got someone named ****** on the phone to explain what was going on. To drop it off and be diagnosed they charged $25.88. I was informed that it would cost me $135.00 to repair the carpet steam cleaner due to a bad pump. The money was sent. After a few weeks go by I am unable to get a clear answer on what has happened to my Bissell vacuum cleaner and when it will be ready for pick up. I again finally get ****** on the phone after several phone calls for weeks, saying they are not sure what has happened to my original vacuum cleaner but I could come pick up a gently used one that they have in the shop. I agreed that was fine at this point I just needed the carpet steam cleaner back in my possession. We then arranged a day soon that I could come pick up the carpet steam cleaner, she said just let her know when someone was on the way. I sent my wife and that morning let her know she was in route. ****** then stated no one was at the store because the worker had car trouble. My wife waited over 3 hours around the town only for no one to ever show up. The store never opened and it was well after 1pm when she left the town. This was my second attempt at picking up the vacuum. After the second attempt in frustration because I live over an hour away, I requested that the vacuum cleaner be sent. Again by ************** was promised that it would be sent out next day. Over a week later nothing has arrived and they have not reached out to explain what is happening. I would just like my Bissell carpet steam cleaner back and I will not purchase this brand ever again in the future.

      ******* has had my Dyson gray ball upright vacuum cleaner for about six weeks. I was told it would be 3-6 days and and no more than $60. Close to $200 later, now ******* can't find my vacuum cleaner. I've roughly called once a week. A couple of times I was told they would call me back with in a certain time frame....never happened. ******* needs to refund all my money and return my vacuum cleaner without any further damage or return it to me in the condition I paid for it to be repaired.

      This unit require special parts.  Yes when someone bring a vacuum into the store for repair the normal turn around time is 3-5 days.  If we have to order a special part, we inform the customer before we order the part and that it may take longer.  With covid 19 still in place so many companies are having a hard time getting parts and sometimes it takes longer than it did before covid.  This customer has picked up her unit and it has been repaired as promised.  This was picked up over 2 weeks ago.  This is the first time i have received any complains from the customer.  I am the manager and I never spoke with the customer and she never asked to speak with the manager or owner.  I have only received 1 email from BBB or i would have responded.
