  This company was referred to me by a family member. I called this company because the toilets kept backing up and every time the washing machine drained the toilets and bathtubs were gurgling. A guy by the name of ****** came out on 12/26/24 and pumped the septic and as he was doing this job he told us he would have to charge us extra to clear the with a special machine due to grease in the septic. The total amount for this job was $1185.69. So here it is not even 2 months later we are experiencing the same problem again. I contacted the company and they send the same guy on 2/17/25(not even 2 months in) and he uncovers a small portion of the tank and show my husband and I that its back full and it lets him know that the field lines are not working properly. He states that they need to be replace because of standing water on the tank. He said they could try draining them with another special machine but it could collapse the lines but they would have to get a permit from the county to do this and we would still be charged for the job that could possibly not work at all(especially if the field lines need to be replaced) I told him no I refuse to throw away more money on something that is a quick fix. Then he said if they replace the lines its going to cost us between $5000-$6000. In my opinion and the experience of other septic businesses that we've used he should have used a camera to make sure all the lines were clear before just pumping the tank and charging extra to bust up so-called hard grease. Now either he's trying to get more money out of us or he didn't know what he was doing from the beginning of this job. I feel running the sewer cameras throughout the hole septic could've saved us half the problem we have now and saved us on the expense of this huge problem we have now. He also offered to pump the septic again and I said not if that would cost us the same price again and not fix the issue.
