    In June of 2024 I purchased a washer/dryer combo from Suwanee Appliance Garage. Within a few weeks, the dryer stopped working. The clothes would not dry adequately, and it took at least an hour and a half to dry the clothes. Even after all that time the clothes would still be damp, in fact at times the machine would blow cold air.I requested a refund, but they refused (even though the receipt states 90 days). I had a professional inspect the dryer, and he stated that there is an issue with the dryer. Not an issue with the connection or the house, as the owner tried to state is the problem. Four attempts were made to "repair" the machine, and the machine still does not work. The owner, ****** ******** has been very disrespectful to me, and refuses to issue me a refund. I sent the owner an "intent to sue" letter. There was not a response. I wrote a review on ******, the next day an associate contacted me and informed me that they would issue me a refund. They also mentioned that they need to pick up the machine. I agreed. Time has since past, and no one else has contacted me again. Nor do I have a refund.I am requesting a refund of $332.50 (half of my washer/dryer combo purchase).

    We are writing to confirm that the customer received a full refund on September 21, 2024, at 6:41 PM via Zelle. Confirmation of this transaction, along with screenshots, was sent to the customer through text message. On September 22, 2024, we visited the customers residence in the afternoon and removed the Amana dryer from the premises. The issue has been fully resolved.

    Please find the attached evidence of the refund and product removal.
