    I took my Dual 1009 turntable to Audio Lab of Georgia in 2022. I left it with ******, who was working the counter that day. He said it would be a few weeks before they could look at it, and I explained it worked but needed cleanup and restoration after being in storage for about 30 years. I had played the turntable just a few days before and it worked, but I was concerned with the drive system and wanted to be sure it would work properly in the future. I left the turntable and didn't hear anything from them for several months so I called and was told they were waiting on a part. After several more months I called again, and was told they were working on it. After more than a year and a half I went to pick the turntable up, assuming they would never fix it. ****** assured me they would get to it in the next few days, two weeks maximum so I took him at his word and left the turntable. Months went by, still no communication. I finally went to take my property back after 3 years of it sitting in their shop. I was treated very disrespectfully and found ****** to be aggressive and insulting, so I left with my turntable without looking closely at it. When I got it home I saw that they had taken my spindle and replaced all of my good switches with ones that were junk. Looking at their past reviews this seems to be a pattern with them. Resolution for me would involve them returning the parts they took from my turntable and apologizing for their appalling behavior.
