    I was told by the owner, ***** ****** ********** I could call him if I needed him. My truck got impounded and his wrecker came and got it. When I tried to pay for the release of my vehicle he held it against my will, wouldn't let me pay my bill and forced me to stay a night in ******* so he had time to think if he wanted to give me my truck. Today I've tried contacting him and got no answer. When contacting the manager, ***** *******, he yelled at me and refused to release my vehicle. The longer it sits there the higher my bill goes and the more they will try to charge me.

    In response to the statement of *** ******* ******** . I would like to say it is incorrect and possibly slanderous. *** was a former employee of Reggie's Auto Repair. He quit after continuously not showing up for work. The mentioned incident happened because *** had an incident in ******* at a local business and was asked by the ******* Police department to blow in order to see if he was able to drive his vehicle. He however refused, so his vehicle was towed by whom he requested Reggie s Auto Repair. *** came to my shop 20 minutes later wanting to pick his truck up he appeared to be heavily intoxicated and smelled of alcohol. My manager ***** and I felt it wouldn't be a good idea for him to drive his vehicle. *** became agitated and mad and didn't like our decision. We offered for a Deputy to come and prove he was able to drive. He agreed and the deputy checked him. *** blew a *** which was almost triple the legal limit. I offered to pay for a motel room so he could sleep it off. He finally agreed. Next morning he came and picked up his vehicle. I didn't charge him anything for the tow or storage. So in his claim that he was not helped I would say that is clearly slanderous and a malicious statement.
