    I bought a trailer made by the manufacturer on 1/2/25. When I arrived home with the trailer I noticed it had a defective door. The warranty clearly states, upon a defective part to call the manufacturer. I have called over a dozen times and sent emails to J &C Cargo with no answer. I just need the door fixed in this brand new trailer I purchased.

    I have been trying to get in touch with this business for several weeks now but their phone system seems to not be working because it just rings and rings when you try to contact the warranty department. The warranty for this trailer is pretty useless since I can't get to talk to anyone on the phone and they have not answered my emails. I have also been in contact with the dealer that I purchased the trailer from and even they have not been able to get something out of this business.

    I am looking to see what I need to do on the new trailer I just purchased. Almost every exterior light including the taillights on the trailer are not sealed and has water in them. The water dries up a little bit when the sun is out but gets water right away as soon as it rains.

    I just purchased this trailer last month 19 Jun 23 from ******* ******** in Milton Florida. Also, I have mailed in the warranty card to this manufacturer and also have not received confirmation that they received it.

    Attached are some pictures of the lights with water in them.

    Additionally, I have also already had to tighten the drivers side wheel hub bearing because it was loose and the wheel was wobbling. The driver's side wheel is also bent so I had to replace it. Also, I had to fix the drivers side trailer vent since the aluminum trim on the inside was not installed properly and was not allowing the vent to open. Some of the exterior holes had to be filled with RTV since it was missing in some places. 1 minor thing is that the wheel fenders are not installed at the same height so the driver's side is higher than the passenger side.

    Whomever is doing the quality control at this business is not doing a very good job in the case of my trailer. I have not even had the trailer a month and have already found these issues. I hope that I won't find any other issues and the trailer will last a good while.

    I am pretty disappointed in the quality of this trailer for the cost.

    April 2022 the amount of the transaction was a partial $8000 and it was the purchase of a cargo trailer 8 1/2 x 18 April 2023. The rear axle bearings completely seized and burnt to the point that it has made the trailer in operable, and it needs a new back axle along with all the hardware for the hub, I’ve been in contact with the company a few times when I can get them to answer the phone have sent emails to get this resolved with no luck they are Flat refusing to do anything

    The customer called me on thursday 23rd of this month. Well the first thing is that we did not sell him the trailer as we are not allowed to sell to the public. We sold it to a dealer registered with us. Whatever he paid the dealer is between them both nothing to do with us the maufactuerer. Secondly when he called me at my personal cellphone which I don't know how he got it, he told me about the issue he was having with his trailer and I advised him to send our warranty department a detailed email with the damages on his trailer and to include pictures, vin numbers, and MSO and he refused to do so. As a curtisy i was kind enough to help him out and let him choose where he wanted to get his trailer fixed the customer provided me with a name and a number for me to call and get an estimate amount on what it would take to get the trailer fixed. I called that number on friday and the personal he told me to ask for was not in to call back on monday which I have done and I provided the information he requested so he could later get back with me on a quote. However the customer is very impaicent and has called the office and has been very awful to the office personal. As the office manager we have to follow our warranty department however as I stated before I'm ONLY helping him as a curtisy, but for now on he can go through our warrnaty department to see if he's still registered under our warranty, and I also have phone nnumbers he provided and docuements to prove this.
