I want the trailer repaired "properly", not adding screwed.
the panels, then it is no longer a screwless exterior as advertised and we expect compensation for false advertising.

The problem the customer is experiencing is with the manufacturing of the unit. The manufacturer ***** ******* ***** offers the only warranty available on this unit and Southern Trailer Depot is at the mercy of the manufacturer when it comes to any type of repair. The customer did originally reach out to us with his problem and we directed him to ***** ******* ***** for a solution. We assumed this was being resolved until we received this complaint. This was poor judgement on our part and we should have done a better job at following up with the customer. ***** ******* ***** did not offer the solution that the customer had hoped for which understandably led to this complaint. We have since communicated with this customer a few times after this complaint to try and help if anyway possible. Although we have to rely on the manufacturers recommendations for repair we want the customer to know that we will always be here to help if we can. Southern Trailer Depot and the customer have come to an agreement that the manufacturers solution will satisfy the customer along with a $500 refund from Southern Trailer Depot to help offset any additional expenses. We apologized to the customer for any misunderstandings and assured him that we will change the way we do business with this manufacturer and this problematic option going forward. A refund check is being sent out today and in return the customer has agreed to take down this complaint. We also hope the customer will consider Southern Trailer Depot with any trailer needs they may have in the future. Thanks, ****** ******** - PresBusiness Response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Southern Trailer Depot stepped up when the manufacturer refused to handle the warranty. It is unfortunate that things had to go this way. I would do business with Southern Trailer Depot again and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest dealer. Just stay away from ***** ******* *******.
