    Empire trailer is probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The fact that the owner has to employ his friends (all Latino btw) to give 5 star reviews with little to no write-*** to try to cover up the 1 star overall review, and all in the same exact month ?? says everything you need to know. I wish I could give zero stars! I bought a 16 trailer from them that came with a faulty door lock, screws that fell out, wiring harness problems from a careless and terrible install, cheap and missing weather stripping, misaligned door locking bolt cuts keeping the deadbolt from being functional, and misaligned joints to name a few of its is***s. This company ignores phone calls and emails, and refuses to pay warranty claims until youre ready to *** them. ***************************, the owner, has no idea what customer service is, works a very young child who understandably can not know what is going on, and ****** was the only decent person there minus the fact that she never gets back to you either. If you buy from them, good luck, and hopefully you get lucky and get a decent trailer because their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on to them. Dont waste your time or money here as there are many better companies out there that care about their reputation for quality and their customers. Empire Trailer is definitely not one of them. Hopefully some fines from the **** can help them figure it out. ????
