    This business is the worst I have ever encountered in my life. The assumed owner of this car dealership named Duke is very unprofessional. He was not at the business when I arrived so his son called him for assistance. He was very angry when his son called him 13 times before he answered because he needed assistance with my paperwork as he could not find what he needed to process it. His father took it out on ME the customer! A customer that paid a large amount of cash to him. He started right out talking nasty to me when he arrived. Then he proceeded to use nasty foul language to me. I’m not sure what his son interrupted when he called him but he was so angry and irate finally I told him I would not accept his rude behavior and this elevated his anger he cursed me with such anger I thought he was losing his mind. He starts right out telling people he tapes everything but I know he will never reveal his outrageous behavior on his tapes of that day. I will fore warn anyone to go to any other dealership than this one. I like to support my community but he does not deserve any support in the Douglasville community. I am a very easy going business person and I am a full cash paying customer to him over $6000.00 and he treated me like I was scum in the street NEVER AGAIN. I even had people in mind I would have referred to him because that's how I am I would like to see anyone flourish in business if I could help. After his behavior I would NEVER send anyone to him. This man has serious issues. He is the most nasty, low down, rude, ignorant, foul mouth, salesperson that I have ever encountered. This is not over. To treat a woman like this shows his true character I don't believe he would have behaved this way with a MAN!!! However April did call me the next day to try and process my paperwork, but the damage is already done.
