    I placed an online order 1-13-23 for pickup on 1-14-23 at 1pm as that's the first available slot available. When I arrived to pick it up at 1:10 or 1:15pm, it wasn't ready. They didn't have the ticket for it. The ladies there said that this happened to them same day and apologized and was super nice trying to resolve the situation. They did make mine, but it wasn't decorated or done how I originally wanted it and ordered it but given that they rushed me as fast as they could to accommodate shows they were valuable to that location. I've tried to speak with corporate *** at the **************** to file the complaint and to be compensated as I spent money but didn't get what I paid for and the time lost and no answer. I called that same number on 1-14-23 and on 1-16-23 that morning leaving a voicemail on the 1-16-23 phone call, but never heard back. I tried calling again today 1-27-23 and I cannot get a hold of anyone at that number and at the business number. This isn't how business should be ran and I want compensation for the inconvenience as that was the business issue not mine. If it wasn't for the nice ladies working on 1-14-23 I'd be much more irate. My order number for this issue is: Order # *****************. I want someone to call me back to resolve this issues as its the business' problem not mine.
