My child support card has been getting money taken out of it from this company for a couple months now! I had to switch cards and dispute the other chargers! The last time was august that I noticed! I wrote the “company” about my refund and told them to stop taking money out of my account and I’m going to report them as fraud. Someone named ****** ******, who claims to be the owner wrote me back and told me give her my purchased number and lay 4 digits of my card number to issue the refund; I responded and let her know that I NEVER purchased anything from them, Im not sure what your company is and I switched my card again because they been in my account and she never responded after that! I just wrote them again Oct 8th, 2024) asking where is my refund still no reply, so I’m here filing a report to try and get my money back from these people!Business Response

I didn’t purchase anything from this company it just says $15 was deducted from my account on August 5,2024 from them, this is why I’m reporting them to fraud because I never purchased anything from this company! I already sent over my screenshot proof from my account of what was taken out and when it was taken out! I told them my last 4 digits of my new card!
