    I ordered a house salad and it came with added mushrooms. I am allergic to mushrooms. I called and tried to get my order replaced and they were not helpful. I spoke to the owner but he lied and said he was a manager named ***. The next day I spoke to the actual manager named *** and he confirmed he didn't work the day before. The owner ultimately laughed at me hung up and didn't do anything about the fact that I could have had an allergic reaction. Their menu says nothing about mushrooms coming in any of their salads. I must have gotten someone else's order.

    Hello BBB. 

    Please do your own due diligence first and ask this charmer that complaint to show you the number that's she called to speak with the "manager" 

     

    I've come to the conclusion she is complaining about the WRONG location. 

    I have never had a manager named "***" nor have we ever had an issue resolved in the matter that she claims we did. 

     

    We have a 100 on our health score and we let all customers know of ANY of the 5 major allergens, as you know, we cant possibly get a 100 on our health score unless we have all things up to par. 

     

    Please fix our bbb score after checking with this customer. I assure you, she called and had this issue with the other American deli in ************ vicinity. 

    I will sue this lady for defamation if that is the case. How can you accidently complain to the wrong location. This is a purposeful act.
