1 star******** customer service. I was assigned ********************************************* and air through my home warranty. I put in an order for heat and air repair. D came to check the air and said I needed a fan and he had to order a part. I asked about the heat he said he would check it when the fan came in for the air.About 2-3 weeks later D sets up an appointment for 3-3:30 to repair the fan. I again asked about the heat. So he cancels my appointment and refuses to honor the appointment he set! I tried to speak to him regarding the issue. He was arrogant and refused to listen. I have screen shots from my phone of our text conversation. I contacted the home warranty company. Apparently D did not read the work order correctly. Horrible service. I would not recommend!!!!!Review fromEddie B.
