PLEASE BEWARE OF ALL WEATHER RENOVATIONS! We signed a contract and placed a large deposit down with All Weather to do a whole house remodel the beginning of 2022. They made the next eight months of our familys life an absolute nightmare and cost us so much money. Long, awful story short their ADMITTED incompetence, dishonesty, and lack of professionalism caused a 6-month delay in filing for the needed permits. Every week we would call, email, text asking for updates on the permit process, and we would hear nothing. When they would finally return our calls, we were always given numerous excuses as to why they hadnt made the promised progress. Fast forward to October 2022 when we FINALLY got our permits approved and ready to start work. The crew was promised to be at our house at 8am to start demo but nobody showed up. Nobody would answer the phone, return our numerous texts, or respond to the emails we were sending. Finally, later that afternoon we got a call from our project manager. They had a new contract, with adjusted costs, that they needed us to read and sign before they got started. We were in shock to say the least. The new contract was for OVER DOUBLE the original cost we signed on for. The scope of work on our end never changed, we didnt add anything to the project in those eight months. Supply costs did not go up, in fact we found out lumber prices went DOWN a significant amount. We fought with All Weather Renovations for the next several days, trying to figure out what happened and how they could possibly think this was acceptable. They admitted blame and took full responsibility, which we appreciated, but refused to help us in any way. The worst part was when they refused to honor our original signed contract, they did not give us back our deposit. We had to fight for months to get back even a small portion of it. We were failed by All Weather Renovations at every turn, and they devastated our family, emotionally and financially.
