My car was towed to them from the side of the road. I was in commication with triple h towing after locating my car by reporting it stolen. I spoke to **** back and forth. Our last conversation was that I would have to sign the car over. I told **** who works at the front desk it would take me sometime to get go get my title. When I returned my car was gone. They did not notify me or send a letter in the mail. They also do not have legal rights to my car, (claiming ownership). My car title is still under my name and everything is registered to me but yet they moved my car. When I came back to get the information about my vehicle I was told by a man I can't not get the information and that I can pay and get my car. After back and forth with the police. I called triple H towing again for the location of my car. When I called that location, which was *********** recycling. They then told me they had bought my car from triple h towing and that it was smashed. I ask them for paperwork. They told me they didn't have no paperwork and that tripple h towing has it. I have never been in this type of situation, and they stole my car and sold it without proof of ownership. Based of my experience with them this can't be the first time they have done this. Was bought by ***** on the 8th of December

The **** ******* Elantra was impounded to our lot on Sept 7,2022 per the request of the ******* Co sheriff ***** It was left abandoned on the side of *******************. Per the sheriff **** impound inventory sheet, it had a busted  back left window, right side wrecked from front to back, trash, baby shoes and black glasses were in the vehicle. The owner had every opportunity to get the vehicle out of our lot & retain her belongings. I spoke with her on Sept 10 & the total was $250 to get it out that day. I know she came at least 2 times to see if she could get the vehicle to start, which it did not. I did send a letter to her on Sept 13 to an Albany address which the vehicle is registered. After she had come out to the lot on 2 different occasions, I didn't think she would retrieve her vehicle, as storage fees accrue at $25/ day. After 30 days, vehicles are deemed abandoned. We can not hold vehicles for month on end, as we do not have room in our storage lot to do so. We sold the vehicle on Dec 2,2022, over 3 months from date of impound.

She has every opportunity to retrieve her vehicle & get her belongings out, as she had been to our lot twice & knew storage fees were accruing daily.
