    My vehicle has been in the shop since December 2022. My engine was shipped off to be fixed (under partial warranty) and arrived at the ************ Aamco on May 14th, 2023. Aamco still hasnt put my engine back into my vehicle after Ive already paid. *** been told numerous times over the last 6 months that they hired a guy and will start in 2 weeks. I last visited the week of October 9th and was told the guy to work on my engine starts Monday the 16th and will start working on my vehicle then. He did not start and they cannot give me a time frame to work on it. I have previously been into contact with the corporate office as well and they were unable to give me a resolution and has now seized contact with me- not responding to my calls nor my emails. I have been unable to speak with the owner **** about my truck only the receptionist, ******. My engine parts have been sitting outside as well. I would like them to put my engine back into my truck ASAP, by November 4th as I use this truck for business and am loosing money. I had to buy a whole new car for transportation and theyre unwilling to provide me with a rental of any sort. I would like you guys help resolving this matter. I have emails and recordings I can provide as well.

    I purchased an Engine from AAmco Transmissions in 2021, with a warranty. The engine went bad and because it was under warranty, I took my car back. I have spoken to the owner **** on several occasions he's had my car since June 2022. Every week that I call it's something new first he stated they had to do an investigation to determine that the engine was bad. I then called back and he confirmed the engine was bad, and it would be replaced since it was still under warranty. I have called every other week, and it's always an excuse, first he stated he didn't have enough employees, next he stated he got sick, them he stated they ordered an engine it came in cracked and a new one was already on the way. My mother called after several months due to the false promises, and unanswered calls. He even hung up on me at one point. He told my mother that the engine was cracked that they ordered a new one was on the way and it should be ready the next week. The next week he stated still working on it. My father then went to the AAMCO location the first week of January, and he spoke to him, **** stated the car would be ready the next week. I called the beginning of the week the next week which was January 9th. He stated my car would be ready early this week. He is not responding, in the meantime I am paying weekly for a rental car when I shouldn't have to plus my car payment and I don't have my car. I need to be reimbursed for rental, plus I need me car immediately. This is improper business practice and very frustrating. The business phone number is ************. Please have my car fixed and returned to me. This is unreal, and his establishment needs to be shut down. You can't treat customers like this. I have now read several bad reviews about this Aamco, he's like this with everyone - just holds there cars and not fix them, and he is reliable for honoring the warranty. He has had mu car for 7 months!!!!!!!!!
