  DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! They are totally unprofessional and incompetent!!!! I would give them 0 stars if possible. I contacted ***** to have trees cut away from our 2-story house. the first person he sent just left w/o doing the work, or telling me that he was leaving. That should have been my first clue!!! He called one other time and said someone was coming and they didnt show up. I texted and asked him if he was going to be able to do the work. He said yes that he was going to have 2 of his guys take care of it. I asked him when were they coming? At the time I didnt know that he and two other guys were IN MY BACK YARD, after dark, hacking away at trees without coming to my door and letting me know they were doing the work!!! They DID AN AWFUL JOB, and never addressed the real issue which was to cut trees away from the house. They just left the debris from the tree hacking right there in the yard!! We paid them part of the agreed upon payment, with the promise that they would return the next day and properly finish the job. He called with some mombo jumbo, then never came back, and has not responded to calls or text. They showed up without the proper equipment to handle the job, AND their truck broke down in the front of our house, my husband helped them, and gave them a jump to get their raggedy car going. We made a partial payment in good faith believing that he was a man of his word, he is not!!! Shame on us for being so trusting, never again. Do make the mistake we made, DONT TRUST HIM no matter how nice he might sound, he will rip you off!!!!

  I contracted with ****** of B & B Tree Service to remove a tree in my backyard. The company came on March 23, 2024 and stated that they did not have the correct equipment to take down, cut up, and clear the debris. They stated that they would return the next day on Sunday, March 24, 2024. On that Sunday, no one returned to my home. I called them that day and multiple times since only to receive a voicemail. I have left messages with no return call. We are now well into April and I have not had any work done, no return of my $900 deposit, and ignored phone calls.

  This company is scamming people out of their money. ***** came out on 03/14/2024 to give me an estimate on cutting down a tree. I approved the estimate, he asked for a $500 deposit, I sent it to him and was told that he would be at the property the next day, 03/15/2024 to cut the tree down. I called him around 8:00 a.m. on 03/15/2024 to confirm that he was on his way and did no get an answer, so I left a message, no return call. I called him at least 20 times throughout the day and still no answer, I text him, no reply. He finally answered the phone around 4;30 pm only to tell me that he had been stuck on the side off the highway all day but he would be there in an hour to start cutting down the tree and would finish the next day. He never showed up toe do the work. I requested my money back, he never responded. Every time I call him he never picks up the phone. He has stopped responding to any of my attempts to reach out and return my money. I do not have $500 to give a stranger for work never performed. I need that money to pay a legit and professional company to do the job.
