    We went in with two used tires on the back of the truck that we just purchased for $100.00. They took the used tires off of the back of the truck to replace the ones that we had on the truck. Then they realized that they didn't have the tool to remove the tires from the truck. They took the tires off of the back of our truck but didn't put them back on. A few days passed and we realized the tires were not put back on the truck. We called and after they reviewed the security tape, they SEE the tires were took off and not put back on but refused to pay us for our tires or give us a discount. What? Where I come from that is THEFT. I will never use this business again and DO NOT recommend that you do either. Ron was a jerk.

    We are sorry you had a poor experience; however, we are not responsible for used tires that customers bring in. This customer also did not have the required lug nut tool for his custom wheels, and there was a problem with his lug nuts being seized up. The customer did not want to pay any additional charges to get the lugs removed. The customer left without loading back up his two used tires that he brought on that Monday. These tires were unloaded outside and left around our used tire pile of over 300 used tires. We do not sell use tires, and they were not marked or picked up that same day by the customer. The customer did not call until Friday which at that point the tires were discarded with our other used tires by our state certified scrap tire generator. We are sorry this customer had this issue, but we are not responsible for tires that were not provided and sold by our establishment.

    BTC agreed to do the job on the ****, took the vehicle back, removed the used tires from our truck bed, and returned the vehicle with the repairs incomplete, and without the tires that BTC took off. I am not disputing why the work was not completed. I am reporting this because you kept tires that did not belong to you or your establishment. We called on Wednesday morning the **** and asked for the tires, when we realized they were not on the truck bed, but BTC said they would have to pull the security footage because they didn't believe that the tires were taken off of our truck bed. We called back on that Friday the **** because we didn't hear back from BTC & that's when we were told that the security footage did show that your employee did in fact take the used tires off of our truck bed. It was not a week before we contacted you, that is a lie, and I have the phone records to prove it. You are responsible for the actions that take place in your establishment and responsible for the work that BTC agreed to do. We did not put the tires outside by the used tire pile - your employees did. I've never heard of a customer having to mark a tire before it is sent back to be put on a vehicle, nor have I ever heard that a customer should go into an establishment, to an employee only area, to pick up or claim tires that were removed from a vehicle by the employee - that is ridiculous and ludicrous. We did not sign anything at your facility that relieved you of any responsibility for our items while they were in BTC control and possession. You discarded our tires without our consent and that was your error. If you do not sale used tires, then I kindly ask that you reimburse us for the tires that were discarded by your company. I will gladly provide you with a receipt showing where the tires were purchased over the weekend prior, and they were $100.00.
