      Extremely Delayed Repair Suspect Non-OEM Parts, No Communication Dropped my vehicle off on April 17, 2025, for collision repair. They promised all *** new parts and quoted $6,421. After 55 days, I picked up my vehicle and immediately noticed visible damage on the front fenderpaint chipped and poorly installed. Suspect they used a used or aftermarket part despite charging for new ********* bill was $8,724.93 (over $2,100 out of pocket). During the entire period, the assigned adjuster did not return calls, failed to update me, and never responded to final damage complaints.I reported this to Hendrick **************** corporate with no response. Strongly caution others. *** submitted a formal complaint to BBB.
