      DONT GO HERE!!!! On June 6th, 2025, I received 2nd degree burn from doing a Brazilian wax. I was burned on my whole front V***** area and even my **** strip. The first drop of wax I told the employee it was way too hot!! The next few wax strips on the stick she cooled off but it went back to extremely hot again. The next day I woke up with severe redness and pain. Did some home remedies that I thought would help but didnt! That Monday I went to the doctor because my private areas all became very raised, swollen and hurt so bad. Doctor diagnosed me with Thermal Burn. I took pictures and a video and contacted the manager *****, which the only thing she tried to do was give me my $45 back and 2 free visits!! I was ****** because my summer is ruined and cant do any water activities or be outdoors. So I declined that offer then the regional manager contacted me, *****, who seemed concerned but said she would pass this on to her director! To this day I have not been contacted back by anyone!! So now Im in the process of suing them!! Please go to a more reputable wax salon because these folks dont care at all! If I could post the pics and the videos I definitely would. The leadership is horrible and careless! If they have an employee who can give me 2nd degree burn and them not reach back out to me for a solution they dont care!! Give your money to a better salon. They obviously dont have any safety measures in place and the leadership isnt checking their employees!! Dont say you were warned!! Very poorly ran company but my lawyer is handling everything now!!! We will see them in court!
