    I bought my kitchen cabinets from them! The boxes come with missing and damaged parts! I called and sent pictures of the damaged but they just ignored me!!

    I requested a 46" width corner cabinet, he didn't have so he gave a 42" which upon assembly was 38" so he misled me & shorted me 8" total on potential space.When I noticed it was 38" instead of 42" I called Umit, & since it was too late to change (granite install next day), asked for a PARTIAL refund on the corner cabinet. He said he would investigate. For 1 week, I followed up almost daily requesting updates, every time he responded, it was "I will update," "I will call," & then some excuse later. ONE ENTIRE WEEK of this delay & leading me on, instead of a prompt investigation/resolution. Yesterday, he finally implies he didn't even work on it, asks me to send him the address we installed it at & he will check personally.He arrives:1) he measures the granite top, says it's 45" & I say because we had to pull it out in order to match original plans -> I tell him to measure the inside & add on an inch for the frame thickness on both sides, inside is 37" so 38" would be the total frame itself, he says this is not how you measure cabinets, it's not by inside, it's by what it can fit into, I agree, he asks for the sink base cabinet measurements for example, he says "see, it's 35 on the inside, what does it say on the drawing? 36 inches?" Before he let me explain how he just proved me right (when you buy cabinets it's measured by the exterior frame & what it can fit into; but by his reasoning it's 42" on the drawing because a 38" width fits into a space of 42" & not that the frame itself should be 42" & fit into a 42"; WHAT MEASUREMENT BELOW 42 DOESN'T FIT INTO A 42? EVERYTHING FITS INTO A 42" BUT YOU DON'T SELL A 15" AS A 42" & CALL IT A 42")2) he says, "see I knew I was right before, this was right, you wasted my time & took me away from my work for nothing" -> A) I'M A CUSTOMER THEREFORE MY ISSUES CAUSED BY YOU ARE YOUR "WORK" B) he was wrong & didn't want to hear the logic C) he was arrogant/rude without ANY effort at customer service D) he was GASLIGHTING me
