    I purchased an a10 from their **** store, advertised as a "brand new" device, after contacting ******* found it had been registered with them about 3 years ago, as such since the device was not "brand new" as advertised I tried to get a discount from the seller, since the phone appeared to be in excellent physical shape I look on **** to see what a similar "used in excellent shape" went for, I then tried to work things out with the seller, out of 8 messages sent only 1 response was received, I tried to get **** to step in but their system glitched and opened and closed a return on the item at the same time, I tried going through paypal only to have the seller claim I made huge demands and was attempting to "gain a financial advantage", the only one to gain an advantage is the seller, even if I got a discount or a full refund I would have only broken even at best, seller claimed I made up the story that the phone was used even when I provided the ******* registration page showing it had been registered.... approach this seller with caution, for me they were dishonest and slanderous
