I am currently attending my third quarter at ****. Upon selecting my courses for the master's program, I noticed that the preselected courses to choose from included classes that I've taken at **************************** in 2019. The completed courses are Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology 1-3, Introductory Biology, and others. A transcript is required during the application process, so VUIM is aware and has the official document. When I saw this mistake, I reached out to ***************************** (Assistant Director of Admissions). I've made several calls and left several voicemails. Also, I sent several emails, and he never looked into this mistake that took place on their end. He sent me an email on February 20, 2024, stating that I needed to submit a transfer review and pay $400.Why would I need to submit another form when they have the transcript? And why should I be required to send more money after I've wasted thousands of dollars retaking courses that I passed with a B? I've also reached out to ***************, and she redirected me to *****************************.This isn't fair, and I believe this is due to discrimination. The reason I believe this to be true is that I personally know two other students (Caucasian) who went through the same massage program as me and weren't required to retake those courses. I've wasted money and time, and I feel devalued since no one took the time to call me back after I requested it. Instead, they take my money and ignore me.This is my final attempt to get their attention before seeking legal action.

I am currently attending my third quarter at ****. Upon selecting my courses for the master's program, I noticed that the preselected courses to choose from included classes that I've already taken at **************************** Massage degree program in 2019. He sent me an email on February 20, 2024, stating that I needed to submit a transfer review and pay $400. Why would I need to submit another form when they have the original transcript? And why should I be required to send more money after I've wasted thousands of dollars retaking courses that I passed with a B? I've also reached out to ******************* and ***************, and she redirected me to *****************************. I personally know two other students who went through the same massage program as me and weren't required to retake those courses. I've wasted money and time, and I feel devalued since no one took the time to call me back after I requested it. Instead, they took my money and was responsive in the admissions phase but now that I am enrolled me and my issues have been ignored. This is my final attempt to get their attention before seeking legal action.
