  The biggest mistake I have ever made. I thought it was legitimate, because she seemed genuine on instagram. This has been so depressing for me. As soon as they take your money, you dont hear from them at all. I literally havent sold one scrub. and she has the nerve to be bragging on instagram about how much shes making, knowing thats our hard earned money and not from the sales of scrubs. I hope something can be done so we can all be reimbursed. Shes a baldheaded lie. People I implore dont fall for it. They dont even deserve one star. We literally put ourselves in debt to fund a con artists lifestyle. God dont like ugly though. Whatever you put out in this world comes back to you.

  She is so convincing,shell even post screenshots of people calling her a scammer and tryna make it seem like theyre the problemShe knows there no money in making scrubs shes rich from selling packages not scrubs!!!! I did exactly what she told me to do and still made no moneyAnd if you defend her behavior,I wanna see you buy a package so you can see for yourself

  Pleaseeee this woman is a SCAMMER! ***************************** is the owner! DO NOT BUY TO HER LIES!! There is no money in selling scrubs!!!! Like she says. Listen please! Do not loose ALL of your money like I did!! I bought the highest package that ********* staff tell people is the most profitable! 16k!!! yall! I feel dumb ti have fallen for these!! All that money gone!! I hope it makes you (*****) a billionaire!!! I hope when you took and pocketed all that hard earned money, you took ALL MY problems!!! Please people, before you put all your money in this SCAM, ask yourself (I wish I did) why is CScrubs making you pay before you sell any scrubs??? Because they know you wont sell anything!! Its a very hard business but she makes you believe its easy and shell mentor you!!! Dont fall for that C*** MENTORING its a clown JOKE!!! She comes there and ask you what questions you have thats it! Never giving you pointers on how to advertise etc!! Please I wish someone warned me like Im doing now, dont waste your money friends, dont! CSRUBS YOU ARE FAKE! Your so called company is a SCAM!!! You are stealing from hardworking unsuspecting good citizens just so you can enrich yourself!!! For what?? You pocket poor peoples money and call yourself rich?!?!?? Disgusting!!! And website renewal is 1k??? To continue doing business after 1 year is 5k?!??? You dont even care if your client sold or not!!! And yes you make people sign after you take the money!! Shame on you!!! Please BBB STOP this scammers please!! This is a fake business It doesnt even deserve one star!!! Somebody help us recover our money! Please.

  If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Her response to another review that you sign a service agreement before you pay is a lie. You pay first, then they send you papers to sign. Thats when you realize theres an annual renewal fee. She never had the scrubs available that we needed in our area. Scrubs became scarce as she prepared to launch her own line of scrubs. We were unable to sign up with the vendor, so that we can keep the business running, because we signed up with her. As far as that mentorship, dont believe it. Thats a joke. I do not recommend any to purchase any of the start up packages from this business. Shes flaunting her new car she purchased from taking money from people and not delivering on her end. She doesnt make money from selling scrubs, she sells packages and then make money off of the scrubs purchased by the retailers.

  I think that this practices unfairly. I requested info from them to update my website which I received from in the past. I have multiple emails dating back months where the new launch that I was never notified about until trying to place in order for Med Couture brand. What takes the cake is thru don't feel they defaulted on their end of the contract but continued to take bi weekly payments. I requested cancelation and stop payments 3 x times and got the run around. I requested zip files as I received in the past and got absolutely nothing. I also have proof that launch was said to be the end of March 2023. But as of April nothing was still updated. During this time frame I recieved proof or notification from them regarding the launch completion. But now after submitting a dispute with my bank because I asked how I can UTILIZE my credit. They are saying I defaulted on my contract. When I did all research to ensure a smooth transition and was given the run around. I have multiple emails providing proof on how I was denied information I requested because they preferred me pay more money out of pocket. Although the contract and their website says I don't have to use their web developer. I understand my responsibility in it all, but how can I advertise or refer my customers to at the time an outdated website. But also as of April 10th the website fore to reference as in the contract was still not updated. This experience turned from being an exciting opportunity, to nightmare and bad break up. All of this because I didn't want to pay for the web developer.

  I tried to put so hard to keep faith with this company I paid over $14000.00 for this dropping shipping company. I have yet take a dime. But they consistently send out emails requesting more money as of today 03/07/2023 there is notification on their platforms or website saying you have to pay $**** to update your own website. ***** here at your service! Since this is such a huge update and the process is different from the normal weekly maintenance of your website, we are requiring all retailers to utilize our Web Developer to update websites just for this official launch. The fee is $1,000. You can either pay it in full, or you can get on a payment plan. The payment plan is 3 payments. The first payment is $250 and the last two payments are $375.00 drafted biweekly. The update will not take place until the payment plan has been completed.Please let me know if you have any questions.Why aren't consumers/retailers notified of this in advance. It doesn't take **** to update a website. They are definitely over charging. I feel like I have been ripped off from this company definitely not a great experience at all.

  Cscrubs takes pride in how informative we are in letting customers know up front what to expect. We have listed on our service agreements, that every customer must sign prior to purchase, as well as our website under our FAQ section, that can be found below, that websites have to be updated 3 times a year. Seasons change, and when the seasons change, the inventory changes. Website updates are mandatory, to prevent retailers from selling outdated inventory on their websites. We send out reminder emails to all of our retailers to remind them of the website update. Some retailers may forget that it is time for a website update, so the email is a courtesy reminder to remind them of this information. Mostly ALL of our retailers appreciate our team sending out the reminder email, because life does get busy, and it can be easy to forget. Also, although our fee is $1,000 for a website update, we do offer payment plan options as well. The customer mentioned that it does not cost that much, but that has always been our standard price here at Cscrubs for over 5 years. Again, all of this information is completely disclosed prior to making a decision to move forward. We have many retailers who are making several thousands monthly, as they are taking the time to truly put in the work of becoming an entrepreneur and running a business and the website updates are not an inconvenience to the advancement of their business.

  11.) ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL MONTHLY FEES OR COST?
  
  Website Updates:
  Your website requires an update of new inventory 2 times a year. You may have this done yourself, or our web developer can update it for a $1000.00 fee per update. If you are unable to pay the update fee in one installment, we will offer you an affordable payment plan of 2 to 3 payments to you. All websites must be updated for your Cscrubs account to remain active. Our orders department cannot process orders for a store with outdated inventory listed. If you would like for website updates to be included in your package, be sure to purchase the Diamond package and up. :)
