      You have to treat this like a business if you dont put in the work you get nothing. All this comments on here are bashing this company because they probably didnt put in the work and expect to get paid. I have a million dollars life insurance policy and mutual funds. I pay less than what I was paying with whole life insurance and getting less coverage. This company is here to help people that dont know anything about life insurance and also help people stop living paycheck to paycheck.

      I was told I would be refunded for the amount I paid, I was only credited $19.00 out of the $49.00 I paid. complete scam and they lie too to **** you in.

      Primerica is a fraud center operated by ghetto trash hood ****** low lives with no education and no ability to communicate clearly. Calling their customer service is like calling Shaniquas hair and BBQ, that means youll get a whole lot of ghetto and no answers.

      After being with this company 27 years. They triple the monthly rate and after research with other companies the Term policy was the worst for us. Now we have changed starting over. The agent was NOT helpful looking out for our future!!! He was not helpful at all I paid 17 years as a smoker when I was not. You don't get updates yearly as to what your policy is doing for you. So disappointed with this company. I'm so sorry it took me so long to figure it out myself!!! Looking out for the company making money not the clients well being. I would NOT recommend this insurance company at all.... The agent called me from ***** after I left a message, when I questioned the smoking being on my policy. He then told me well I can't do anything over here in ***** I will call when I get back.... Okay! When I finally got a hold of him he didn't remember talking to me from *****. Then I was told he could not help correcting the policy I need to call the main office. Meanwhile the auto with draw was going to happen in 2 weeks with the triple fee. Once again told I can't make changes. What the heck do you do for the clients at that desk. Not getting them the best policy that's for sure for their needs! So frustrating, called this morning to cancel it was very hard to understand this person on the other end of the phone. Also he needed me to fax the paperwork to change from smoker to non. So we did this, Then the agent calls yesterday to say the corporate office didn't understand my request!!!! So fax it again it still says the same thing.... Hello!!!! It sure is funny the new company did everything online at my dinning room table! However the agent at Primerica couldn't even fix one thing . Kept saying it has to be ********. LoL okay once it's faxed it would be just like a scan copy. I would say don't bother with this company! You may be just as disappointed as we are!!! Thousands of dollars down the drain!!!! Guuurrrr ??

      I would give zero stars if there was an option for that! This company is a scam! They try to recruit you to sell life insurance and do things so shady its wild! They are very pushy and manipulating not giving a true care about your needs, they just want you to sign up so they get their commission because its a commission only company and when you cant afford the premium they underwrite you and do all this other shady c*** with your bank account they try to convince you to work for them and make all this extra money! If they are doing so great then why do the employees have second and third jobs! I got scouted taking an Uber home so they are everywhere like a cult but if you dare get involved with this company for consumer or employment purposes you will be greatly disappointed and further in debt than what you may be trying to get out of.

      Worst company to do business with. Their agents are terrible and they lie to get you locked in to their life insurance and then they refuse to answer your messages or calls and even when u call the **** number they are worst . Don't ever do business with this company you will regret it.

      this & other life and fin orgs) like are a pyramid scheme (Amway) They use shady partners and data exploits/breach with integrations with underwriting Scor/Velogoca that breach all data privacy and civil rights fir prospective & current participants and applicants These underwriting workflows and practices calling ir data analysis is brokering and storing fed/API or stolen individual very private pharma, health history, lab results, and extremely HIPPA, financial, SPI, ******* other profiling data without knowledge of applicants (3rd party) Calling this rules engine underwriting process data share/store digital or data analysis or sales tools or practices is a shady narrative with many profiting These MLM and insurance and data practices and marketing should be illegal in all countries and states and actual parties be transparent and not hide behind some generic GDPR global privacy statement (industry wide)

      Long story short. They deducted 3 times more than they should from our account and caused us to over draft the account. We couldn't pay our mortgage or car payment on time. They dragged their feet by fixing our issue and has caused us financial burdens. We had to file a claim with our bank in order to get our money back. It's still in progress. It's been over a month and we are out thousands of dollars. This company is shady and they have done this in the past to us but we gave them a second chance. We had to block their ach transactions because they would of kept taking our money even after we closed all accounts with them. Horrible customer service and they just don't care that they ruined our Christmas. We tried our best to put a smile on our faces so our family wouldn't know how stressed we were. I would NEVER recommend Primerica to anyone !!!!!!
