    On 06/01/2024, I purchased a bridal bouquet, online from **** of the Valley, with overnight delivery guaranteed for 06/14/2024. My son was getting married on 06/15/2024. I paid $186.61 on my ***** On 06/13/2024, at approximately 3pm, the business owner **************************** contacted me to advise ***** was not honoring overnight deliveries due to the Father's *** weekend. She offered a Saturday 06/15/2024, overnight delivery by 10:00a.m. The wedding was on 06/15/2024 at 2pm, and I reluctantly accepted this new delivery as I had no other options available. On the morning of 06/15/2024, I checked the ***** tracking and discovered the delivery would not be until Monday, 06/17/2024. I immediately contacted Ms. **************************** and she was unable to offer a solution other than blaming *****. When I checked the tracking label, I discovered the bouquet was not shipped until after 5pm the night before, and to expect a delivery by 10:00a.m. the next day, seemed impossible given the late shipment by **** of the Valley. On Monday, 06/17/2024, I again contacted Ms. **************************** and she stated I would be refunded the full amount of $186.61, on Friday 06/21/2024. After giving a 4 day grace ****** to allow the banking processes to take place, I still have not received my refund. On 06/27/2024, I phoned *************************** regarding the status of my refund and she stated she "forgot", but would process it on 06/28/2024.
