  I started not knowing how restrictive the plan was until after I signed up. They really should disclose more information in the beginning for the price. I lost 8 pounds in 30 days and stalled as it requires no oil and basically no carbs. The plan isnt for everyone and calorie counting is probably the better option for me. Disappointed in the amount of money and the fact that I was told no refunds before I was given the program.

  I was there for my second time on January 14, 2023. I had the best experience with *********************. She was very happy upbeat and most helpful. She made time to explain the cocoon and the other equipment so I coumd understand the benefits and how they work to enhance my weight loss journey. Her spirit was perfect and inviting.

  I am glad that I took advantage of this program. I started after the Thanksgiving holiday and followed the plan to the **** I lost 25 pounds at the end of my 30 days and I feel great. I would have lost more but at the very end the Christmas holiday set me back a few pounds. I am still continuing to follow the wonderful food plan and I am continuing to loose the desired weight. Glad I had you in my life ***, I am now able to keep this health kick going and thanks to the wonder staff that kept me encouraged throughout my journey. *** she is awesome. Such a motivator and pleasant person to talk with. I am ready for my muscle tightening session, I can't remember the true name of it but I am ready. I also want to stay connected to the support groups if I can. Hey guys I know its a bit pricy but think about it, anything that is worth having isn't free and the price makes you keep the motivation going to the goal. ****** WW.

  I wish I could get all.of my money back. It's been over a year and I still get anxiety of spending close to $3000 on an unrealistic and definite short term weight loss. I lost 3 pounds until I was about to begin the 2nd stage of the diet. I can remember I became so weak daily, my skin darkened and my body just hurt all over and I ended up in the emergency room. I had pre-existing health conditions and the Zoe ********************** diet just made me feel worse. The staff are like "God sent " from the front desk to the nurse. *** was very kind and understanding, and she told me the owner was a religious man also. I felt comfort from them, became vulnerable with them. I believed that this would be the final breakthrough for me in my life long fight with my obesity. As time passed, I started to feel like even a normal healthy person could not commit to this type of diet. $3000 for a scale, some computer screening, vitamins and a diet for 30 days just was ridiculous. It was a steal. I feel robbed and humiliated for falling for this Zoe ********************** program.   I reached out to **** about 2 weeks ago in regards to me canceling my service and have not heard back from him. I signed up for this program without consulting my primary care doctors or specialist. I am a Cancer survivor. My physicians prefer me to work with them to address my weight loss needs. I would like a full refund back to care credit. As of today, no response and there is no corporate office to contact. I have all of the products to return thats unopened and it hasnt 30 days. I am within my rights to cancel this subscription/service.

  This company does not follow through by providing the service they advertise on TV and Radio ads. I spoke to a manager named ********** gave him a week to get back with me, and I still got no results. He assured me he would resolve my issues if you are a diabetic do not use this plan. I became very disoriented my blood sugars were very low. My thing is I recommended it to a friend and they are treating her the same. For 3k this is not worth the time and money you are paying for them to just take your money it is truly a rip off.

  The statements posted here are not completely accurate, to clarify you signed up for our program on February 28, 2022. You were contacted by our nurse on staff on March 18, 2022, in which you stated you were taking your prescribed medication from your doctor without consuming food. On April 12, 2022, you were contacted again where you stated that your blood sugar was much better, you were recommended by our nurse to contact your physician and you stated you understood. During the service visits you did admit to not following the program in its entirety. At the end of the program which ended May 12th, 2022, you lost a total of 19 pounds. BBB was contacted September 12,2022 almost to the date 4 months after finishing the program. As you can see the concern as to why you would have a negative remark to make about the program at this time, is very confusing to Zoe Wellness Center. We wish you the best and are proud of your 19 pounds loss.

  This company is nothing but a ripoff. The gentleman that is there to reel you in to join is the perfect guy ( he is a thief)! As you have heard before, if it sounds to good to be true yes ( Zoe *********************** is it! I joined with a price of $2,000plus and I have NOT even gotten one phone call to see how the program is going or if I am DEAD or alive! And to me that speaks volume. ****** W
