      I applied and they rejected me after just giving a few pieces of info, like my address and what I do. They refused to tell me why I was denied. I am a small business. I thought they would at least do inspection. It was weird. I did nothing wrong.

      IDI provides its services only to its credentialed business subscribers. Every prospective subscriber (i.e., applicant) is required to complete an application and is only provided access to services if they satisfy our credentialing process (at the point of onboarding, and then continually so long as they have access our services). Applicants are informed about this process and agree to it in submitting their application to us. Due to the legally regulated nature of our services, we cannot accept customers who fail to meet our credentialing standards.In this case, the applicant was a debt collection agency. The applicant previously operated another debt collection agency whose license was suspended and then surrendered for failure to comply with applicable debt collection laws. The applicant failed to satisfy our credentialing standards, due to its association with this previously sanctioned company and its principals. The applicant also directed several inappropriate communications to our business representatives, further confirming our decision not to accept them as a business customer.

      Service is mediocre. Lots of bad current addresses and phone numbers. Sales people are outright liers, so make sure you read every word of the contract carefully because they don't disclose all pertinent information. They also spend a lot of time pushing you to upgrade your plan instead of using that time to improve their service. Would definitely not recommend as they are just out to make money off of you.
