    My washer broke this weekend, so I decided to visit this establishment as it was the closest to me. The facility is cashless and requires customers to use a machine to purchase a reloadable card. Unfortunately, the machine took my money but failed to dispense a card. When I approached the associate about the issue, she called the owner to report the problem. After five minutes, I was told that the card was stuck, and they had no other cards available, so I would have to wait.When I asked how long the wait would be, the associate sighed loudly, rolled her eyes, and told me she didnt know because the owner hadnt called her back yet. Being told to wait an indefinite amount of time due to poor management is frustrating enough, but I certainly didnt expect rudeness in response to my question.*********, the associate, was unhelpful throughout the ordeal, acting as if I was the one causing an inconveniencedespite me being out of money and not receiving the service I paid for. After an hour, the manager finally showed up and, instead of resolving the issue, tried to justify the situation.Some people shouldnt run businesses, and others certainly shouldnt work in customer service. This was a terrible experience just to do a load of laundry, and I wouldnt recommend this establishment to anyone. I wasnt upset about waiting, but the attempt to dictate my time while being rude was beyond comprehension.

    Two weeks ago, I went to Huebsch Laundry in the ******, ** and the laundry attendant saw I put $10 dollars in to get credit to their card system to wash my clothes. The machine took my money and the called the manager and she the manager will return my money on Sunday. I went by their three times for my $10.00 and they never gave me money. Do not use the laundromat. They want provide you with their manager's name or the owner. Stay away from them!
