I am rejecting this response because: my lawn mpwer is totally destroyed,(5yr's old), as i stated before he suppose to have fixed it by putting a s**** that he said was broken in the engine. something he did or didn't do in the engine created a problem that when the engine was started it blew out the oil everywhere, and he thinks i should pay him for putting the scew in the engine. whatever he did has caused the machine to be inoperable. pay him for what.

    Sincerely,

On a certain date, a short while ago I came out and finished the repair and was supposed to be paid. Customer has an unpaid balance that I have been waiting to collect and is not *********** any kind of warranty or compensation until that is made. I understand there's some trouble however, they didn't make that payment and the lady said that she's not going to make that payment and doesn't owe me that that couldn't be further from the truth. I won't be doing any kind of warranty work unless I have my original payment that I was due. So once again I finished the repair was supposed to be paid. Customer held payment and there was a trouble now. The customer saying is they don't want to make that payment where they don't feel like it's owed and they still want me to fix it. Once again, that's simply not going to be happening. I'd like to have the original balance paid. And then I will come repair the problem as if I was paid in full and the problem popped up. But no, we're not gonna play this game. I It really sounds like a bad luck, not making a payment and then a short, while having some catastrophic problems have with a company that normally has such a good track record. That's you, not me. I've told this customer that I'm willing to come out there free of charge and knock this, but we are already in the negative starting and she says she doesn't think that's Ode.

I have talked to this customer. Many times I have told her.I'm willing to come out to reinspect to take the engine off to put a ceiling at the bottom.Figure out where it is leaking from and repair it for the original money that was originally due The customer has stated that payment will not be made. And I simply cannot do a warranty repair on a job that has a balance on it simply A very simple miss e.Pay your remaining balance and allow me to perform the warranty repair on your machine.I want you to be happy and to have this machine starting and running like new.I

I am rejecting this response because: i agreed to pay if my mower was working properly once he finished, the engine sat on the ground oct 25 2023- til 2-26-2024, started it up oil went everywhere, my understanding the engine is probaly blown. never worked after he fixed it. for 4 months i repeatly sent him messages to just come put it back  in one piece.  he is right about one thing we are not playing this game. whatever he did in the engine is the problem.

    Sincerely,
