If I could give a zero, I would. Waited over 3 weeks for parts to come in only for a technician to show up AFTER the scheduled time then asked my husband WHY he was there. My husband responded, to fix my stove I thought. Technician responded, "yeah I think so" -- to which my husband said, "I hope so, you have failed to show up to fix it three other times" [******** scheduled three other appointments only to CANCEL them the morning of] -- Technician said, "Oh you're getting an attitude" while simultaneously getting back in his vehicle and driving away. The company is now saying our issue is being diverted to a different company due to "hostile environment." What a complete joke and disgrace for a service provider. We have waited OVER THREE WEEKS with no updates unless I call, unless I text - they call from one number, text with grammatical errors from a completely different number. And neither of those is the number listed on their site to call. The most unprofessional "business" to exist. AVOID WORKING WITH ALL TOGETHER!

Frigidaire scheduled this company to deal with warranty issue. When they didnt show up, and I called, a woman said she texted/called to set up I guess a different appt than I was given. There were no calls, voicemails, or texts - I have zero reason to lie - but she talked over me and insisted she had texted. When I explained nothing had come through in any folders of known or unknown senders, she said she would screenshot evidence. When I reminded her that - while we can screenshot each other our evidence all day long we still need to schedule an appt, preferably for today when it was already scheduled by Frigidaire with them, she just couldnt stop talking about screen shots and offered no appt. Really frustrating. So Im off to waste more time with Frigidaire.

This company stinks! They are not even in business. Phone is disconnected, yet ****** continues to schedule customer's time to sit home & wait for someone to show up from National Platinum. I have waited 3 weeks trying to get dryer serviced, and STILL have no resolution. Both ****** and their customer **********************/warranty department stinks!Do not schedule ANY requests with this company - - or purchase appliances or warranty from ******. They do not follow up, and don't care, why service is not accomplished.Only reason it is getting 1 star, is because it will not allow a 0.

The most unprofessional business that exists. I have contacted them MULTIPLE times regarding the necessary information needed to replace the brand new refrigerator that is still under warranty. The technician said that "it's not his responsibility" to submit it. At this point, my attorney will likely be the only who can make head way with this company. This is not a casual mention of an attorney as a scare tactic, but one of a promise until they fully satisfy the requests for documentation.Their customer ********************** is also the most negligent in the industry. If you are looking for a highly skilled, compassionate business to help with appliance issues, this is NOT the one for you!A one star review is too generous. Perhaps we should have the option of leaving zero.

We had a repair request for our washer and dryer. The repair was scheduled for Friday Oct 6th but they called to reschedule for Tuesday of the next week because they were unable to make it out on Friday. Repairman showed ** in an unmarked car. He said the dampers were a little off so he adjusted them and cleaned the rollers for the dryer drum. He could find nothing really wrong with the units. Our washer only works on regular cycle and had twice left our floor soaking wet. Repair man blamed that on the water pressure in the house (which never had a issue before). Also told us that we are lucky the washer is still working because it is at the end of its life. It is around 5 years old. Since that day it has again left water in the floor, still sounds awful and still only works on regular cycle. Not happy with the service at all!!

Omg!!! This company was assigned by my home warranty company (go figure) to repair my dishwasher. Service tech showed up (in a private vehicle) on September 1st to repair dishwasher. Said it needed a bottom gasket and it would need to be ordered. Said it would take 5-7 days to get. 7 days went by......we heard nothing. I called them on September 12th. They said the part was never ordered and I needed to contact home warranty. Later that day, I got a text the part was available. I called National Platinum to schedule for the tech to come back. Of course, I had to leave a message. I called four to five days straight before they would return call.On September 20, tech returned with gasket. Claims he couldn't fix the dishwasher because my floors were "too high" and then said it was my responsibility to remove the "built-in" dishwasher. I told him to just leave the gasket and I would find someone to fix it. He refused to leave the gasket (which I paid AHS $100 to repair the dishwasher). This isn't the first scam company AHS has sent to my home. Needless to say....I canceled my contract with AHS and now I'm out money and my dishwasher is still broken.FYI.....AHS stands for American Home Shield (scam artist).

Dear Mr. ****************** I apologize for the inconvenience that has caused and resulted in the BBB complaints. We wanted to assure you that we returned the missed call and also left a voicemail. I was coughing and had a hard time speaking. My voice was constantly lost and hoarse.************** made his first visit on 9/01 and confirmed that the Bottom seal gasket was broken and the flood switch was also needed for the repair. The main concern was the until level , and not having access to units to replace the parts that were ordered.************** explained to the customer that we need to make sure that the unit is pulled out in order for him to do the job. and we can not leave any parts behind that we did not install to the customers property, ************** rescheduled informing the customer that unit have to be pulled out for the next visit. This took place on 9/20.

Holy moly. This company cannot be legit. We purchased a washing machine through ** about a year ago. It began leaking, so they contracted National Platinum Services to fix the unit. They showed up for the initial repair on 6/7. Parts were ordered. Great!Once the parts were in, they responded that the tech would arrive the next day (6/15) between 10am and 1pm.That time window came and went. That afternoon at 2:48pm, I asked if the tech was still coming. No reply. I texted again at 8:40am the following day, 6/16, asking if someone would be coming. Again, no response. That afternoon at 4:13 I said, hello?? Just seeing if I could get anyone to reply. If they were coming, I wanted to make sure we were home.No response. Finally, on 6/19, they text: Hello, did the tech not come out at all for repair ? Obviously notSo, they send someone out on 6/20. Apparently the wrong parts were ordered, so they order new parts. On 6/26, they text me that parts are in. They say the tech will be there between 1-4pm.Surprisingly (/s), no one comes. I text at 4:34pm if anyone is coming. The next day, Tuesday 6/27, they say: Hello, **** said the front tub he requested was damaged. However, he did not let us know. New tub will be requested today and we will reach back out with a new date and time by ************. So Thursday comes and no correspondence. I contact ** and they say that NPS will come Monday, 7/3.Well, no one comes on Monday. So today, 7/5, I decided to drive to the address listed on their website in GA. What a surprise, I pull up to an EMPTY office building. Finally, ** said theyre just sending me a new washing machine. Today, NPS texts me and confirms that ** is dealing with the issue. I say yes. They say thank you, to which I reply: I am not sure I can say the same, but I am glad the issue is getting resolved They respond: ** told us they would contact you to resolve. We were confused.Whew. What a ride. TLDR - do NOT WORK WITH THEM.

Dear Ms/***************,We do truly apologize for the experience you had with our company and the lack of proper communication. We lost contact with the technician that was supposed to visit your home for the appointment, but we understand that is not a valid excuse on our part. We have already thoroughly looked into this case and reprimanded the technician for the no call/no shows. We will also look into the reason why there was poor communication from our office's call representatives and be sure proper action is taken so this does not happen again. Please note that due to the amount of parts required for the repair and damage done to the unit, we had submitted a request through ** for an alternate resolution. They had approved of this on June 28th and they had let us know that they would contact you in regards to this matter. We had figured that things were being handled by ** by that point and they would get in contact with you, but it seems that was not the case. We did not schedule you after that, so I am not sure why ** stated that we would be coming out on July 3rd. My other concern is that you stated that you drove to our office and said that it was empty. I am not sure what time or address you had arrived at, but there was staff in the office at all times during operating hours, me included.Again, I do apologize for what you had to deal with and hope that the situation with the washer can be dealt with in a timely manner with **.

The technician that came to my home by the name if ******************************* was very unprofessional. He gave the impression each time he came to my house that he didn't want to do the repair. The first time he came he walked in without tools. He was here to fix a washing machine so how could he do that without having any tools. Second time he came he found every reason to not do the repair. That was evident to everyone that was present at the house. Now I am going on 3 weeks without a washing machine. This is terrible customer **********************. Then I called today to speak with a supervisor and the lady by the name of ***** can not enter the information into the system correctly.

Dear Ms/*****************,Our sincerest apologies with the experience you had with **************. This case will be reviewed on our end and we will be taking actions accordingly. During our first visit the technician noted that the washer was still full of water and was in there for an extended period of time. Since the unit was not considered as easily accessible and ready for service we were not able to do the repair on the first visit. The technician had visited the next day once the unit was emptied and should have completed the repair. There was no excuse for the technician to not have finished it on that day. Once again, I apologize for the quality of service we had provided and we will reflect upon our mistake and better ourselves.I am not sure which number you had contacted, but the local office does not have a call agent by the name of *****. This will be looked into to make sure getting in contact with the local office is not an issue in the future.
