    Really bad experience after buying a money order at a gas station with this company. I didn't use the money order I tried to get my money back from the same gas station, the money order was not written to anyone and I was told to call US express which I did. A very rude man answered the phone and said that I could "****** a form and download it " and send it to them so I can get my money back. It would take 3 weeks to process and pay a $20 fee to process. How in the world is this legal? Another option he gave me was to write my name on it and bring it to a cash checking place or deposit it to a bank account. At the end is all win win for them, but the customer is hurt no matter what if your end up not needing the paper money order.

    I received an US Express Money Order from the Original Purchaser/No.31 ******. Due to COVID I was not able to deposit it timely and I received it back from my bank as Stale Dated. I called US Express Money Order and customer service informed me of the service charge is 1/72 of the face value per month from the date of purchase. And gave me the website address to download the claim's form. When I downloaded the claim form there is an additional $20 non-refundable processing fee which is not stated on the back of the money order in fine print. This process is fraudulent because the purchaser was not aware of the processing fee and would not have purchased the money order from your company if he had known. It is your company responsible to let your customers know all the fees that are associated with your money order prior to purchase.
