    I want to take a moment to share feedback regarding a concerning incident I experienced today with the finance manager, ****. Unfortunately, his conduct was highly unprofessional. He spoke down to me as a customer and explicitly stated that it was not his job to explain the various products and optional add-ons that were included in my purchase ordermany of which I did not consent to. When I calmly brought this to his attention, he became defensive and began raising his voice. He then asked me to leave his office so he could prioritize another customer, despite my issue still being unresolved. This behavior was both dismissive and unacceptable, and it has significantly diminished my trust in doing further business with this location.

    I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the *** Gwinnett dealership regarding the oil change package I purchased for my vehicle. Despite having an active oil change package, the dealership refused to perform an oil change because the oil change indicator had been reset by the dealership where I purchased the car.The facts of the situation are as follows:My last oil change was in September ******* vehicles mileage is currently ****** miles over the last oil change.Refusing to perform the oil change based solely on the reset indicator is unreasonable, especially when the vehicles mileage and maintenance records clearly show it is overdue. This neglect of service undermines the value of the oil change package I paid for and risks unnecessary wear and tear on my vehicle.I believe this refusal to honor the package is unacceptable and demonstrates poor customer service. I am requesting that *** Gwinnett resolve this issue by performing the oil change as part of the package I purchased.I hope this matter is addressed promptly to restore trust in their service.Sincerely,******* *********

    I initially brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and was dismayed to find that my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, I was required to wait all day for a scheduled service that should have been completed in a much shorter timeframe. I had made plans around this service, but it became clear that the lack of urgency and coordination at *** Gwinnett Place facility would cause me to waste an entire day. Upon retrieving my car, I was also shocked to find that I had to walk a significant distance to retrieve my vehicle, which added to my frustration. Coupled with later discovering the dealership did not reset the oil change timer from the oil change done on Nov. 6th. What has truly left me dissatisfied, however, is the lack of attentiveness and professionalism shown by D.*., the service advisor who was handling my case. When given an update about the condition of the vehicle, my vehicles drive tension belt, which were in need of immediate attention, Mr. * did not display any sense of urgency regarding the repairs. His response failed to offer any concrete solutions or alternatives to address the issue at all. The lack of an appropriate financial resolution for the issue compounded my concerns, leaving me uncertain about how to proceed with necessary repairs.

    DO NOT purchase the service package or tire package its a SCAM!!!!!!!!12/7/2022: My check engine light came on yesterday. Went online and called *** for their earliest appointment and they said it would be in TWO WEEKS. You mean to tell me I have to wait TWO WEEKS AND PRAY NOTHING IS SERIOUSLY DAMAGED WITH MY CAR for this next two weeks before I can even have it looked at. This is ridiculous and I will NEVER purchase another vehicle at this location.12/21/2022: I made a service appointment for a check engine light for 8AM the previous day. My car is STILL waiting to be in the shop to be looked at. This place has ZERO respect for peoples time.

    I purchased my new 2023 5 series here and worked with *********************** as my sales advisor. ****** and I began working together several months prior to my purchase, I found him to be extremely patient, knowledgable, friendly and professional at all times. ****** assisted me in getting the best deal possible. I've owned several other ***** I can say my experience here has been the best. ****** and BMW of Gwinnett Place have gained a life long customer. Thank you for the wonderful professionalism and service.

    My experience 9/23/2022, typical untrustworthy car dealer. Buyer beware. Went to dealer, test drove things were good. Then, we failed to agree on price, which is fine, how it works, I went home. They were playing the dealer game as I later find out. Next day I received a text saying ok they accept my offer. I said ok, I started insurance process and had that lined up. Then received a call shortly after saying they have to go back to original offered price. I said no thanks they already promised me a price now back tracking. Next day received another call saying ok they will sell at negotiated price. Said ok Im on the way. Got there within the hour. They let some else look at vehicle why I was in route, make an offer and they told me when I arrived sorry nothing they can do now. Sold to the other buy (probably offered more). Bad business practice if you ask me. You take as you like. Zero stars if I could.
